2 Bedrooms, 1 full Bath and 1/2 bath. We just renovated bedrooms and master bathroom ! Completely Furnished duplex house is located at peaceful and beautiful St Pete Beach(historic Pass-A-Grille Beach). We strive to absolutely present a clean, comfortable setting. Our floors are original hardwood, they are tidy and very unique, The kitchen is completly renovated on Dec 2020 ! and all appliances are standard size. Each bedroom furnished with New Queen size bedroom set, New Twin size Sleeper Sofa Made by lazy boy company (they are very comfortable to sleep on ). Two single twin rollaway bed available. maximum occupancy is 6 for this property (there will $50.00 charges for more than six peoples /per night/per person)
The house is located 1 minute from beach. Trolley bus will take you all near beach. Close to shopping, restaurants, bars, and downtown St. Petersburg. you only need to bring groceries sunscreen ,everything else is here. furniture and bedding that make you feel like your home. Newly remodeled Jack and Jill Bathroom will give you a privacy . A laundry room in the premises along with a new gas BBQ grill, outdoor furniture in the backyard will offer you outdoor activities !
WE HAVE NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE . $300 for under 20 LBS pet AND $500 for bigger than 20 LBS PER PET/PER STAY. please send your pet's picture. PROOF OF THE PET VACCINATION REQUIRED.
WE USE CLEANING COMPANY THAT SPECIALIZE ON PETS, WE MAKE SURE NO ODOR & HAIR IN THE PROPERTY AFTER THE PET LEAVES, GUARANTEED.

Great Girls Getaway

Relaxing Beach House
We had a wonderful time. Kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Extra 1/2 bath with three people was a real plus. The rainfall shower head rocked. Cable tv/Roku/WiFi all excellent. There was a nice outdoor grill and we were able to use it twice. We’ve been to Pass a Grill about 10 years in a row. This is one of the best places we’ve stayed at. We pretty much bring all the beach stuff we require but there’s lots here to use if you need it. This section of the beach was quiet and easy to access. Cory was super nice. A+++. Thanks for a great week!

Absolutely perfect!
This was a great stay. The location is perfect, beach is steps away, husband fished steps away to the bay. We didn’t need our car as we were in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house is absolutely spotless. The owner is extremely accommodating and he and his family are very friendly. I would without a doubt stay here again.

I loved this place! It was a great walk into the heart of PAG and shops and restaurants were all close. Our host, Cory was kind and was there with anything we needed. He even brought over a bottle of wine (or two!). I really couldn’t have asked for anything more from this great little get-a-way! Perfect in every way.

Great Beach House
This house was perfect for two couples. Beach towels and chairs were provided so no need to take up luggage space. One minute walk to quiet peaceful beach and only minutes to lots of restaurants. We recommend The Frog Pond, Ricky T’s, Dockside and GiGi’s. Very easy check out.

amazing little gem
This is the perfect little beach house. Very short walk to nearly empty beach. No crowds. Walkable to the downtown pass-a-grille area. The house is SUPER CLEAN and stylish. Cory is a great host. If you want a relaxing beach vacation , this is for you.

Perfect Location
We had the best time ever! The access to the beach was perfect and the beach was absolutely stunning. Corey went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. On our check out day, my parents Uber did not show up and Corey drove them to the airport. AND, he refused to take any compensation from my mother. Corey is a kind and thoughtful person and I highly recommend staying her for a perfect beach get-a-way.

We wish we could have stayed longer! The property owner is very friendly with fantastic communication. He is very attentive to any needs or concerns that we had. The property is beautiful; a lot of pride went into every detail of this house. And best of all, literally steps from the beach. A very short walk, literally 60 seconds from the front door to the beautiful beach. We would love to stay again in the future. Highly recommended property.

Best VRBO Experience!
We had the best experience with Corey! The rental was incredibly clean and well taken care of. Corey and his wife went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so welcome! It is literally less than a minute walk to the beach! We wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely go back.

Awesome Stay!
The house was absolutely adorable! Cory is extremely attentive and informative. The house has a lot of recent renovations so it is practically brand new. So close to the beach and a central location of Pass-A-Grille! We used FreeBee to get around. The beach felt like it was all to ourselves. Would 10/10 recommend it and stay there again.
