Avis Charming Clearwater Cottage w/ cute courtyard

After two long days of travel when we arrived, we were unable to get into the rental and found out after much hassle that they were already full. We had a wedding to attend in less than four hours and no place to stay. The owner finally found us a hotel room (it was New Years Eve) and we were able to shower and make it to the wedding. There was no contact from her to let us know there was a problem. We had to track her down.
