AREA UPDATE: We’re pleased to share that restoration efforts following the recent storms are progressing well. The majority of shops, restaurants, and bars of John's Pass Village have completed renovations, are open, and offering significant discounts and specials as the area recovers. This spacious studio condo is located along the award winning beaches of St. Pete Beach, and just a short walk over to some great restaurants, shops, and activities. Leave the car at home if you choose, and come to relax and enjoy a perfect spot in paradise. Everything is close-by!

The beautifully maintained grounds feature a large heated beachfront swimming pool with plenty of space to relax, shuffleboard court, BBQ grills, and a lush tropical landscape. You'll wake each morning to views of the beach and water from the condo windows, or expansive views of the lush grounds from the walk-out private balcony.

Labor Day Weekend Stay
This property was excellent to stay at!! The instructions we received prior to leaving for our trip were very thorough and exactly on point. Even came with dining and activity suggestions. The accommodations were very clean and very well appointed. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The ocean beach is one block away. Super convenient and put you at a great point along the shore. Several great places to eat at near by which was just what we wanted. We planned our trip to be an Uber ride from the airport to our rental and then walk from there the rest of our stay preventing a car rental and parking hassle. This rental allows you to do just that!! If you are looking for location, cleanliness and ease, this is your place!! Will rent again when the opportunity presents itself.

Great location and so much within walking distance and if one does not want to walk the new Freebee system is easy to use to get you where you want to go. The area was quiet at night and safe. Easy walk to the beach. The room was clean and up to date. I will definitely book again! The only disappointment was lack of enough toilet paper to last 8 days. Yes easy to purchase....... but also easy to provide ones guest with an extra roll.

Upon our arrival, it was difficult to find a space to park near the unit. So we left to go get groceries and coming back was able to find a spot. It is a very busy area being so close to the public beach.. Good and bad. Good as we were able to walk the block to the beach and enjoy. The Unit looks exactly as in the pictures, and we had great communication with any questions that we had. Perfect little place for 2 people!

Loved this place. We were able to walk to the beach, convenience store, many bars and restaurants, Corey Ave Sunday Market, and to beautiful sunsets. Cooked several meals in and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed hanging out at the pool! My favorite part was opening the window by the table and having my morning coffee with a view of the ocean!
