All was fine
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HomeAwayAll was fine except the 2nd bathroom. The shower set was broken and instead of top shower most of the water was flowing feom
The faucet at the bottom.
So we had to use only master bathroom. As a family and were tome consuming.
Other then that all was fine and the pool was alao good.

Clearwater heaven

Game room, it was very spacious and a screened in pool.
Would definitely come back to this home if its available next time in town.

Very Happy with Rental
Publié le 11 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family had a great stay. The pool was in excellent condition. Could use a few more kitchen supplies for cooking, food prep and storage but had all the basics. The home was very clean. We had a small problem with a leak in the kitchen but the owner was very responsive in addressing it. Would book again!

Publié le 15 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe did enjoy our time however, some considerations. There was nowhere to sit in the living room, except for little chairs. It would’ve been nice to have a couch to sit on. The curtains in the living room were sheer so when it was dark, everyone could see in the house Would’ve been nice to have mini blinds or darker curtains. There was no dressers in the bedrooms, so had to put clothes on the floor. There were roomie closets, but no dresser drawers in the bedrooms. Overall we were happy however those things would need to be considered for future stay

Week long Family Trip in February
Publié le 12 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayCommunication was great and check-in was easy. The location is great. The house was clean and worked great for what we needed and the price was spot on. The kids loved the pool! Only complaint I have it that it should be noted that the only bedroom that has a TV is the master bedroom. Also the 2nd bathroom could really use some updating, the shower was difficult for my 11/12 year and my mother/father in law to get to work. I would definitely stay again.

Publié le 3 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is centrally located to hit the busy beaches and shops of Clearwater or the more secluded beaches of Indian Rocks, both 15 min drive.
The house is spacious and clean. The pool was a little cool for December/January but we still made use of it.
