Cute Peacock Condo

Decent for Short Stay, not an Extended Stay
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a decent place, but not nearly as nice as the 5-star reviews led me to believe. It is an "historic" neighborhood and is an old home that has been divided into several apartments. Although there are some updates, think "quaint", not "modern." It is SMALL! Very limited storage space. Tiny shower. The bed was comfortable, but otherwise the furnishings were a bit shabby. And you can hear everything from the other units (two of which are separated only by closed and locked doors.) We liked to location - as noted, it is walking distance to a nice city park and several bars and restaurants, and only a short drive away from the heart of downtown. Also convenient to visit Tampa, St Pete Beach, Clearwater and Anna Maria Island. But we were there for 18 nights and it was not comfortable or convenient for that long of a stay.

Had a comfortable stay . Always alot going on in town to explore.

Publié le 23 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe host was very nice and the house had everything you need. Location was perfect for those who like to walk to bars and restaurants. There was even a dog park nearby to let your pup burn off some steam.
