Beautifully updated Gulf Winds Resort condo with breath taking ocean views! This two bedroom condo is steps from the sand, the complex pool is a short walk from the door, and dozens of bars and restaurants are within 1/2 mile radius. This home is fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy a relaxing beach paradise. We are situated at the end of Upham Beach, on the gulf side of Gulf Blvd, providing peace and quiet while still being close to everything. High speed wifi and cable are provided.
This is one of the few units in Gulf Winds to have gorgeous gulf views. There are two entrances, one in the front and one in the back. The front entrance brings you to a common patio area with a large table and room to sit and enjoy the views. The heated outdoor pool is in the adjoining building of our complex.
We have purchased private high speed wifi, so you will be able to stream on your electronic devices and not worry about internet connectivity issues.

I live within 1/2 mile of this community, and am easily accessible to help solve problems! Though checkin will take place at the office onsite, there is a lockbox for after hours checkin. I pride myself in happy guests and great reviews, so I am readily available when needed.
This complex is situated in the quietest area of St. Pete Beach, but within walking distance to everything, from a grocery store, to entertainment, to restaurants and bars.
There is a parking permit included in your rental fee, and the parking is readily available in front of the building. There are many shuttles available from the airport, and Uber or Lyft are very active in this area as well. You can rent a car, but you won't use it much during your stay!
We have our own high speed internet and free long distance calling. You will be able to stream from your phone or device without any problems, just see the login information in this app upon your arrival.
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 or older.
- 1 parking pass will be provided with the condo, but MUST be returned upon checkout. Failure to return parking pass upon checkout will result in a $200 replacement fee. This is a physical pass that cannot be used on a golf cart, scooter, motorcycle (open air and leaving pass vulnerable to theft)
- This is a no smoking property, please do not smoke within the white fenced area of property (including balcony), as this is a disruption to other nearby tenants or owners. If you are a smoker, you can do so on the sidewalk nearby or alley in back, but not in private or common areas on the property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped over balcony.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.
