Great place for some R&R

Great Location and great condo, don't take kids

The amenities in the condo were good- I'd say for the price some additional toilet paper and paper towel, trash bags would be appreciated but we just purchased our own. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas and sand toys. We would never stay in these condos again because it is not family friendly in the pool area. We definitely were respectful of their guidelines and appreciated the groups that were kind, but there were a few very angry folks that we had kids in the pool area at all. One went so far as to scream at the kids and tell them they are banned from the deep end of the pool and refused to let them swim past the pool divider rope. Everything else was fine with the stay, but I would strongly discourage anyone with children to stay here. The pool also only has a capacity of 19 and the management brought this up multiple times with guests, it was really uncomfortable as a paying guest. Again, great place to stay as an older couple, but not a great place to stay with kids.

We are truly sorry about the experience with your kids. I have addressed this with our HOA President. During the snowbird season we unfortunately had a few grouchy people, which is totally unacceptable. We welcome families most certainly.

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient!

Beach get away

Close to beach, dining, shops
Publié le 19 févr. 2022 sur HomeAwayIf you want to relax, stroll the beach or fish, eat at fantastic local restaurants, then this is your place. It's also a quick 20-30 minute drive to St Pete/Tampa, so it's convenient to take in all those cities have to offer. You can have it all here.

Easy for family
