Welcome to our beautiful condo where you can relax in beautiful 1 bedroom apartment on a ground floor( no stairs)in gated community "Avalon at Clearwater". Additional opportunity to accommodate 3 to 4 guests in a living room on a sleeper sofa that can fit 2 adults with blackout curtains for better sleep. Bedroom with queen size bed, 43" smartTv with Roku with cable channels over looking pool and new celining fan. Large bathroom with walk-in closet. For your convenience, I fully equip the kitchen with anything you will need to make a homemade meal, Keurig coffee machine,drip coffe maker, ninja blander to make delicious smoothies . There's also a washer and dryer, iron , and iron board. Anything you will need to enjoy your vacations is provided: linens, bath towels, pillows, extra blanket. For your entertainment there is 50" smart TV with ROKU with cable TV and high speed internet. Just added a dartboard for little entertainment in the screen on the patio.

Relaxing 30th anniversary stay
Our host was super engaging. I briefly told her we were coming for our 30th year anniversary and we arrived to chocolates and a bottle of wine! How thoughtful. There was a card also wishing us a nice day. It made our day! The Condo was clean, fresh and neat and had everything we could have needed. Everything was updated and neat. The outside patio overlooked the pool and we made use of all of the amenities including the gym. Magdalena checked in to see if we were good via the app and gave clear instructions upon arrival. Everything worked like a charm. We would stay again when back in area. You can’t go wrong with this VRBO so grab it while you can. The facility is gated and we felt at ease everywhere we went in all areas.

Great Condo!

We recently spent 30 days at this Avalon property. Ten out of ten stars!!! Magdalena was quickly available for any questions or need. Her priority was our happiness. The location in Clearwater is near everything you could possibly want. Ten minutes from the beach and minutes from great restaurants and retail areas. The condo is modern, clean, well stocked and steps from the heated community pool. The property is surrounded by palm trees, foliage, and beautiful flowers. We feel like we chose the best possible place for our vacation.
