A great vacation starts with a great place to stay.

A very nice, clean, well maintained place to stay! Soooo great. Easy access to anywhere in the Tampa bay and gulf coast. Great amenities and private. Very comfortable space!

Our friends live in St. Pete and we needed a place to stay so we could attend their Christmas party. We booked Allendale Terrace for the weekend. We chose this property because of the great location - both for downtown and proximity to our friends. Our hosts were amazing and they really have thought of everything. The bed was so comfortable. Both of us slept great. The space was extremely clean and very quiet. We have already shared this property with our local friends so they can pass along the info to anyone visiting the area. And we will definitely be back. Thank you both for your hospitality and thank you again for the wine and chocolate - such a sweet surprise!

This is a beautiful home in an area of beautiful homes. Easy on off from the freeway, all the amenities a person could want, and did I mention a beautiful home. From the first inquiry to check out this was a stress free stay. I think the best recommendation is, would we stay here again……………..absolutely!!

This Studio was true to its pictures. Very roomy and clean. Full size kitchen, very large shower and comfy sofa. Property was quiet. Plus it’s 10 mins for downtown St Pete. My partner and I had a wonderful time for a weekend stay!! I would do it again.

Terrific unit in StP!

Great space. Perfect for our 5 day stay. Lots of space. Kitchen was fully supplied with utensils, pots and pans, dishware, silverware, Keurig, dish soap, dishwasher detergent. We really appreciated all the extras in the kitchen as well - the fully stocked spice rack, oil, vinegar, selection of K-cups. Big bathroom and shower, lots of towels. Access to the washer and dryer was another plus. We also appreciated the secure access to Wi-Fi and Netflix. Will definitely be staying here again.
