A 2 bedroom 1 bath condo on the third floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. (3rd floor walk up, no elevator.) This condo has an updated bathroom with a large walk in shower, it has a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a leather futon in living room. Can sleep 6 people. Televisions in both the master bedroom and living room, with Wi -Fi and 1 parking permit is included. Views from the living room and master bedroom of the gulf of mexico and the pool.
It's best feature: The private sundeck for guests of this unit only!! Enjoy your morning coffee, sun bathing or viewing sunsets from your own private rooftop deck. All linens are provided as well as kitchen essentials, pots, pans, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, silverware. There is a coin-op laundry facility on the property.

Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the street and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes!

The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

There are beach rentals on the beach: $40/day for 2 chairs and cabana/umbrella.
We can also share some local contacts that rent a full set up including chairs/umbrellas/coolers & beach towels for $75 for 1 week. They partner with you and provide delivery directly to your condo.
Please note: some guests leave items behind in closets. And anything in the condo is fair game to use! However, it’s not a guarantee, as its too hard for us to keep up with. (unfortunately people damage things. )

Location is Incredible
The location of this property is second to none! Steps from the beach, pool and very nice snack bar. Unit is functionally furnished, nothing fancy, but functional. Third floor with no elevator (as advertised) and very clean. Two star accommodations in a five star location and priced accordingly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

All the goodness of St Pete Beach at your doorstep.
This listing is even better than the pictures. The beds were comfy, condo was clean and spacious, and the heat worked well in the sudden January cool. The heated pool was just right. We walked miles on the beach and collected shells by the pail full. We walked to several stores and eateries. Book this place. You will love it!

Perfect location
Unit is perfectly located within minutes of Upham beach. The rooftop patio has a beautiful view of the beach and was a lovely was to enjoy outside even when our young children were resting or sleeping. Condo was listed accurately. Some small upkeep required, but overall Gulf Winds has old school charm and we don’t mind a unit that is showing its wear a little. Check in and out was seamless as was arranging parking. Host did a great job with all instructions. Would stay again!

We stayed for a week and I was pleasantly surprised. I found the condo to be better than the pictures showed it to be. It was a great deal for the price. The location is nice, but more traffic in the parking lot than I expected. It is a convenient location to the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. Stocked well and everything you would need is there. I think my only complaint was the front door lock. It is hard to open the door sometimes and the key gets stuck. It needs changed, but everything else was great and a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend this place and the pool is also nice. I’m wish the pool wasn’t heated in the middle of summer. I still rate it an A+ and I will definitely try to book this condo again for my next vacation. Highly recommend this condo.

Great Value on St. Pete Beach
Value for the money on St Pete Beach is excellent. The unit is well stocked including beach chairs and a beach canopy. The deck and view is a great feature. The beds were comfortable and the bed and bath linens were clean and comfortable. The condo could use a little TLC in terms of deep cleaning. Also the AC unit ducts need to be cleaned / sanitized; the condo smelled damp. May is peak termite season and this property complex definitely has termites. If you are not there in May, you won’t notice. The amenities at the Gulf Winds (pool etc.) are well maintained. I would stay again, though I would probably want some assurance that they have done a recent AC duct cleaning / deodorizing.

The location is wonderful! The condo is clean, and perfect for 4 people. This is our second time staying at this condo and we will definitely be back next year ♥️ Roger is super helpful, responds to any questions super fast. Everything we needed was already in the condo, and we can literally just walk across the street to the ocean! The pool is clean and so relaxing! They take very good care of this place and it shows. We stayed in this great unit for four days and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Everything as in the pictures! Clean and comfortably, and well appointed. Right across the street from the beach. It was a little chilly, had a cold spell and Saint Pete, while we were there, so a lot less breezy and cold, to sit at the pool! we had a bonus of our own deck and the views from there and the sunsets were great!

Nice, clean, sufficient cottage for girls trip! Directly across from beach access. Check in was smooth. Pool was warm and clean! Made a quick trip to local grocery store for breakfast items and snacks. Kitchen well stocked for for our needs. Beds comfortable and unit very quiet at night. Bathroom was updated and shower was was nice with adequate pressure and hot water!! Would recommend to anyone planning a stay at St.Pete !!

The location is perfect but so is the actual condo itself. There is an ocean view from the balcony but also from the huge window in the living room. There is a small bar top table with 2 chairs in front of the window so you can always have an ocean view. Two of the mornings I was there it rained but i was still able to have my morning coffee looking at the ocean; for me that is huge! Everything was clean and updated. I have stayed in other units in Gulf Winds; but this is the one you want to stay in.

Location = Excellent! Rooftop balcony = Excellent! Pool = Heated and Excellent! Beds were comfortable. The condo was lacking in hand & dish soap. Water was added to the little that was in soap pump. 1 garbage bag, 1 toilet paper and no paper towel but Publix is only 1.5 miles down the road. Could use a good cleaning. Great restaurants within walking distance. Check out Willys if you want a tasty burger. Would definitely come back!
