Amazing property! Even as they are under renovations, the hotel was quiet, everything was clean, and the staff was so kind and super helpful! Great experience all around!

The staff couldn't have been nicer considering just about 12 hours from evacuation due to Hurricane Milton.

I made a reservation at this IHG Holiday Inn because I am a Diamond member and it was in the B evacuation zone in Pinellas County FL. I am a first responder and required to work at the hospital through the duration of the Helene Hurricane. I was planning on putting my wife and two golden retrievers there during the Hurricane. I called the hotel to confirm the my reservation and room selection speaking to the front deck and letting them know I planned on dropping them off and needed to feel safe that my wife and dogs were up out of the surg. So when I drive over to the hotel there is a small paper sign on the door. Closed due to weather!!😳They stated they emailed all the guest. That was not true.This put me is a huge stress as the hurricane was coming and I had to report to the hospital. The manager should be fired. Luckily a Marriot was next door and took us in. Thank god!!
