Publié le 28 juill. 2019 sur HotelsSupplement pour une chambre avec view qui était au premier étage et qui donnait sur les lampadaires du parking. Pas de lumiere dans le séjour et la chambre. Pas de draps, juste la couette qui en plus avait des traces de saleté.
Aucune réduction de prix.

Nice stay

Roms are clean even if they could be refreshed.
Carefull rooms are on the interiour court.
Only Suites have an outside view (on the harbour or outside)

Russ the manager was great. Cal in the office was so helpful. The girls in the dining area were so pleasant.

The staff at front desk was super accommodating. We had problems at first room, but they helped me immediately and we had a great time.

The hotel offers a $10 gift voucher for every $50 spent there but when asked about it, no one seemed to not know how it works and never got any discounts for over $1000 spent in there bars and restaurants

Great hotel with lots to do! Room was great but the fridge wasn’t working, alerted front desk and they were speedy with a response and solution. The beach is within walking distance, the pool was nice, the restaurant and live music was enjoyable and it was really fun to watch the big boats come in and out!
