The condo was clean, and the area was safe and convenient to restaurants. The view of the bay was nice, but the sun in the morning was intense, and there were no blinds to block the sunlight. Being able to walk out the back and be on the beach was great.

Overall excellent experience

We (Mom & Dad mid-40s, two girls 11 and 8) stayed for six nights at this property in August of 2024. We’re frequent vacationers and have stayed in this area many times on beach trips. Overall: Property is very clean and comfortable. Living room is great to hang out in, kids loved the oversized sofa. Internet is fast and all appliances worked perfectly. Beds are comfy. What we liked: Location is outstanding. Smack in the middle between John’s Pass and the main Indian Rocks Beach exit, you are in between all the major restaurants and shops. Being right on the beach is great as you can walk directly on the sand. On-site pool was clean, warm, and deep (8’6). Water pressure was great in showers and no issues with elevator or access. What we missed: An in-unit washer and dryer. There is coin-operated laundry service and it works fine, but having one inside your rental is a nice bonus. To be fair the listing does say that it is “onsite”. A heads up:The pool is not on the ocean-side of the property. It is a very short walk from the beach but not directly on it. Expect a layer of salt mist on your car every day from the beach as the parking is open. Also this unit does not face the ocean. Some do, not this one. Would we recommend it? Depends on what you are looking for. If a non-ocean view is OK with you and you don’t mind onsite vs in-room laundry, YES. Will we stay again? Unlikely but that is more because of our preferences and not the rental. It is a very nice place.

Graduation Trip

This was an amazing property. Our boys graduated this year. One from college and the other from high school. Everything was more than expected. The lady that assisted us with an early check in was so sweet and helpful. The condo was beautiful and well decorated. So much room and comfortable. The access to the beach and nearby restaurants and attractions was great. Very memorable vacation!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!

Fantastic property in great location!

Although the complex itself is a bit older, it is well cared for, and this particular unit is beautifully updated and nicely furnished. It is exactly as shown in the listing, and was actually larger than we thought it would be from the pics. The deck is very spacious and has plenty of seating; the view of the intercoastal from it is peaceful and pretty—at sunrise especially! It is an easy walk out the other side of the property directly onto the beach. Their security was great, as a code was required not only for access to the unit but also to get into the elevator on the ground floor and to come into the parking garage from the beach side. We were two couples staying in it and all four of us would highly recommend it! It was also walking distance to some restaurants etc which made it very convenient.

Indian Shores Paradise!

The property was exactly as listed! Clean and had everything we needed. The beach was perfect and there is the ability to rent cabanas right outside the condos. *Indian Shores Coffee and Sweet Sage boutique are a must for coffee and breakfast. So many shops and places to eat within walking distance. If you are looking for a fishing excursion Fishing Clearwater Inshore was another great experience. We cannot wait to come back!

Awesome Condo

The condo was stocked with basic amenities when we got there. It had toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, beach chairs, coffee, and more. We did have to go to the store because our stay was for 7 days. The place was clean, the view was nice (this particular unit isn't facing the beach but the view is still nice), and the beach access was right down stairs. You can just leave your chairs and umbrellas during your stay.. it was a calm area and everyone respected each others property. If you are more into crowds and beach activities Clear Water is a nice 20 minute drive away. The scenery is beautiful . There are restaurants, ice cream shops, and bike/scooter rental all in walking distance.. like 5 to 10 minute walking distance. If you are going to rent a bike/scooter definitely check out Green Iguana Rentals. The owner and staff were awesome. The checking process was a little confusing for us because it was the first time having to access everything with a code. We usually just need a code to our door. Here you need to have the code for the door, elevator, pool, and beach access. They were really helpful though and replied quickly to walk us through it.
