Stay here for my birthday and booked the private rooptop terrace. Great view, spacious, nice living room/kitchen. The king bed was comfortable and the pool and Skytop hot top were lovely! Also had massages at the spa that were the best we've had. Unfortunately the parking garage elevator was down while we were there but that wasn't a damper on our stay, especially with things like that being out of their control. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

I always love the staff here this is my 3rd stay this year and the staff is always very welcoming and helpful from the front desk to the people that valet the cars to the people that clean the rooms . IN my opinion customer service and the staff make or break any company , its the first impression and customer service primarily , then its the location to the beach and the wonderful poll with the view

Love this hotel, but we had a TV with 3 large white spots on screen and we could not access Pay for view movies, or even get a TV guide. They came up but could not fix any of it, so no Tv all week. Not happy.
