Hôtel très bien situé avec accès direct sur la plage. Un petit rafraîchissement ne lui ferait pas de mal. Personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute.

This is a tough one to review. I want to say first the Island Inn Beach Resort itself deserves a high rating. Perfect location, great beach, nice pool, tiki bar, grills to use, volleyball, etc. I would stay here again. But NOT in Room 316. All rooms are individually owned. I was there with friends and their rooms were very nice. Room 316 was dirty, rundown, outdated, and in need of updates. (The view was beautiful). Everything else here besides that particular room is wonderful.

As you mention, all the rooms are privately owned so I am glad you got to see another sample while you were here. We offer three categories of rooms to choose from: “Executive” are the rooms that have been fully remodeled. “Standard” are the rooms that have been updated over the years. “Basic” are the rooms that have not been remodeled (may still have carpeting, worn appliances, etc.). Each of our rental units is digitally scanned and viewable online from our website. I suggest viewing one of our recently remodeled Executive units for your next visit. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again and we hope to see you soon.

The room we had needs some updating and minor repairs. The view was good and we enjoyed the sunset. Close to restaurants and shopping all in walking distance.
