The online check-in and check-out processes were convenient and easy. The breakfast was good. There was a vending machine with sodas on our floor, however, nothing showing the price. There were people smoking inside the building as well as at the doorways leading outside on multiple occasions. Our room had stains in the carpeting. On our last day, we found a bedbug in one of the beds. The lady at the front informed us they have never had any complaints and then inquired as to if we brought bedbugs with us. We even caught it and put it in one of our ziploc bags we had our toiletries in, and they were still in denial. They did say they were calling pest control for the room, but I am still waiting to hear back as to how they are going to remedy the situation as finding this bug made us have to take preventive measures when getting home and of course made us paranoid we were covered in bugs. Needless to say, I won't choose this hotel again.

The staff was very friendly and it is pet friendly. The price for the the stay was great. However, this would not be my first choice when I return. The hotel is in need of a serious deep clean. I can deal with it being old and in need of upgrades, but since they allow pets, the carpets need a good shampooing. I watch a lady allow her dog to just pee on the floor. She said she was going to clean it up but that is probably because I was there. My first night after my shower I was greeted by cockroach.. It's a good thing I travel with my own soap because there was any hand soap. They had the mini bottles of body wash but after one or 2 squeezes it was empty... Overall this would have a good spot if it was clean due to the pet friendly environment, close to food they highway, and about 10 min from walmart if you need a store to get soap.
