We stayed at la Quinta for our 4th times now in the last few years. We realized that maybe clean , but maintenance is not their priority: in our room, big holes in the wall and broken safety lock on the door. -still mention as newly renovated but maintenance ( paint and repairs) as to be done also.

Nous avons aimé la proximité de notre famille à visiter. Le confort du lit. Les serviettes en abondance. Le déjeuner par-contre ma un peu déçu, j'aurais aimé un choix de fruits plus varié.

Hôtel sale

Chambre refusée car urine sur un des matelas , odeur camouflée par du déodorant chimique dans toute la chambre. Hôtel acceptant les chiens : aboiements nuit et jour dans toutes les chambres voisines. Les fauteuils sentent l'odeur de chien.

À part l'acceuil et la durée de l'inscription (environ 45 minutes). Le préposé à éprouver de la difficulté à retracer ma réservation Hotels.com.

Empty hotel, maybe 5 cars in the parking lot and I assume that includes the staff. At midnight I was woken up to screaming between a man and a woman that lasted around 10 minutes. They were fighting, so loud I almost called 911. Then I heard a third party told them to stop yelling I then her door slamming and then I heard the conversation continuing it was so loud I thought they were right outside of our door until I realized they had been checked into the room next to us. At midnight. An entire empty hotel and your staff chooses to put loud people in the room that has an adjoining door next to a sleeping family who checked in earlier that day. Absolutely unacceptable. Over 200 rooms and they chose to put us side by side I will never stay at this hotel again. I did call the front office to complain they came and told them to be quiet but I continued to hear them for the next hour talking loudly instead of screaming and fighting and I was awake almost all night. After showing up at the front desk absolutely exhausted with no sleep I demanded a refund. I did receive a refund and for that I am thankful but I still will never stay at this hotel again. Management should train the staff to never allow this to happen. Unacceptable.
