Poorly maintained, old and dirty. Not worth the money.

Sadly, poor maintenance and age has left the villa dirty, damp raised floors, peeling and cracked kitchen units and dirty tattered upholstery. The outside around the pool is filthy; there are raised grates on the floor which are dangerous to little ones.The villa is easily large enough for 15 people but luxury is NOT how to describe this villa.
We had many issues such as a leak through the lounge ceiling from the shower above and a blocked sink resulting in debris and a leak, plus other issues/complaints. Thankfully the property managers were very good in resolving these issues and more very quickly.
If only some time and money was spent on this villa, its potential is there.
It was definitely not worth the money and resulted in absolute disappointment and stress for our family.

Dirty ongoing problems
Publié le 15 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property manager was responsive and wonderful. However, the pool was absolutely disgusting. There was green slime in the pool and we couldn’t even use it. The dishwasher was broken and the barbeque was broken. The house was not clean. Although the neighbourhood is very quiet, next door to the soccer net or to barking bulldogs that bark all day anytime you go near the fence super annoying we spent half the day waiting for the pool to be fixed and another half a day for the dishwasher to be replaced. We spent over $30,000 and will never rent a house again.

Nice home near all of the beautiful beaches

Wonderful location, beautiful rental
Publié le 15 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house is comfortable and clean, the location and amenities were perfect, and all of the property management team were very pleasant. This is the perfect place to escape to, we spent hours by the pool and in the backyard with the kids!

Wonderful Home

It was to cold for us to enjoy the outdoor features but they were all beautiful and just as nice as the house!
We loved the little playground in the side yard!
Beds were cozy, towels were clean, and the kitchen was stock with more tools that you need!
The movie theater was an amazing addition! We watched a family movie and enjoyed the popcorn machine! It was just like the theater, maybe even BETTER!
Get space for large or small groups! The staff is super accommodating and easy to get in touch with!
The home really made our trip unforgettable!

Christmas family vacation
