These lovely units are on the 4th, 5th, or 6th floors and provide sweeping views of the ocean and beach. Immediately upon entering your unit, you will notice the grand hallway with marble floors. To your left is your Master bedroom which includes a King bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath featuring dual sinks and a glass-enclosed shower. As you venture further into this unit, you will pass your second bathroom with a tub/shower combination and find your second bedroom with a queen bed and large closet. This second bedroom does not have a window, so is perfect for those who prefer to start the day a bit later than others Continue down the hall to reach your open-concept living space with a large kitchen island and pull-out sleeper couch. Of course, what makes this a truly special unit is the beautiful ocean view that you have from your private balcony. Open the retractable doors to enjoy the sights and smells of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the dolphins play or have a glass of wine while watching a spectacular sunset. No matter how you start or finish your day, you will find that your beachfront balcony will play a part.
Each bedroom has a 50-inch TV, while the living room has a 65-inch TV. Every unit includes all the amenities found in traditional hotels including all linens, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Whether you choose to eat in or dine out at one of the many restaurants, your unit is equipped with dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and even baking items. Also included in each unit are a blow dryer, stackable washer and dryer, full-size appliances, iron, and ironing board. Each unit will have a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave to make your mornings easy and hassle-free. As our guest, you will have 24-hour concierge service and access to the pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, and a full bar overlooking the pool. There are umbrellas, chairs and a sports area set up on our private beach area with volleyball, cornhole and horseshoes available. Should you prefer to bask in the sun closer to the water, there is a company that sets up and rents cabanas with 2 chairs.
While you will have a private condo, you will have access to all other areas of the hotel as well as unrestricted beach access.
Included in the cost of the condo is the resort fee of $30/night, which covers amenities such as access to the pool, jacuzzi, pool/beach towels, fully licensed bar and food, gym, 24-hour concierge service, all in-suite amenities from paper towels to tide pods and refills on k-cups. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) at no charge. Please note that parking is extremely limited, and we can only offer space for one vehicle per unit, so we ask that you plan accordingly. Parking for overnight and day visitors can be found in the city lots 2-3 blocks from the hotel at a cost of approximately $3.25/hour.
We will place a $200 hold on your credit or debit card when you arrive to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay. This hold will be released when you check out.
If you are planning to bring your furry friend, a Pet fee of $85/night plus tax will apply. Limit of 2 pets per suite with a combined weight of 30 lbs or less. Please contact the property with questions. ADA-recognized service pets are exempt from pet fees and weight limitations, bet be aware that the ADA guidelines do not cover ESA pets, so they will be subject to the $85+tax/night pet fee..

If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.
