Fair. Great location for beach
Posted May 22, 2024 on HomeAwayWe had a little bit of an ant problem in our condo. We bought ant traps The kitchen Sink under was leaking. Overall a little dirty could have been swept a bit more. My son lives Tampa he came to visit parking was awful. I asked if he could have parked for only 3 hours.. we had to park a distance and Uber back to condo for him. Took us 45 minutes to find parking. A little disappointing they would let my son use a spot for 3 hours. If you want to spend your time on the beach nice location for it. Pool a little small.

Posted May 5, 2024 on HomeAwayEveryone staying there was very friendly. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The mattress on pull out was a little uncomfortable but we were all able to sleep reasonably well.

Perfect condo for couple - great location
Posted Apr. 21, 2024 on HomeAwayLocation is perfect for St Pete Beach stay. Condo was comfy. Especially loved view while in kitchen of ocean. We will def be back!

Posted Apr. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayThe beach and pool were great. Restaurants, shopping, Publix within walking distance. Property manager very nice and helpful. I’m not sure how long it takes to replace a blind in master bedroom. It would be helpful to have one that blocks out light. The current one the slats don’t close properly plus the blind on sliding door in MB missing slats. Many light fixtures needed bulbs replaced. The MB mattress hangs over frame. I think frame may be a queen frame. I think when it says newly updated may have been correct 3-5 yrs ago. Overall the resort/condo facility is nice and location good. I would consider staying there again but in a different condo.

You get what you pay for....

- The location of the building is perfect
- The staff were friendly and helpful
- Check-in was super easy
- The other tenants were welcoming and very inclusive
Cons
- The unit is dated and need of quite a bit of deferred maintenance
- When we went in to the unit 6 lightbulbs were either out or missing
- The electrical plugs throughout the unit either did not work or only one did. We had to buy extension cords so we could plug our devices in
- The internet was not working when we moved in. It was a simple fix but others less technical could not have fixed
- The master bed frame was broken and the twin box spring kept falling down. NOT COMFORTABLE
- The master bath shower while nice has NO hot water
- Secondary bathroom light over sink was very temperamental. You had to jiggle the switch, turn on and off to get the light on
- Unit is in dire need of a fresh coat of paint
- Blinds in the master bedroom were broken
Bottom line we love the location and building but would not stay in this unit again.

I am very sorry for the problems you experienced. My rental company is supposed to inform me of every problem you encountered.. I have informed them of everything. If you would consider staying in my unit again I would offer you a 30% discount.

I am updating this as I went, and checked the unit out myself, and can only find two lightbulbs that were out, the hot water did work in the master bedroom, if the Internet was out, maybe the previous guest never said anything to the management company about it therefore, it still would’ve been out when a new renter went in. I’ve since replaced the blinds as I was not aware of the problem and I checked every single electrical outlet, and all of those were working. And I will still offer you a 30% discount for a future. Stay thank you for your review.

Good stay
Posted Apr. 21, 2023 on HomeAwayPros- beach and pool right there- can’t beat that. Washer and dryer in unit were clutch. Nice having 2 bathrooms. Lots of Stuff within walking distance- coffee, beer, restaurants. Property manager was super nice and hooked us up with a pack and play - two thumbs up.
Cons- unit was close to street- not that big of a deal, but didn’t realize that the street was so busy. Made walking to stuff on the street with our 2 yo a little nerve wracking, and if you hate the sound of traffic, this is prolly not your unit. Think it’s good price considering though. Furniture better than what was pictured at the time of booking.
We will probably come back but try and get into a unit further down the building. Porch view pictures pretty accurate if your on the fence.

Great location, mediocre accommodations.
Posted Mar. 25, 2023 on HomeAwayThe resort is fabulous; great location, beautiful pool, fantastic access to beach. Shopping and restaurants across the street.
Our actual room/condo needs some major updating. Window blinds were broken, several electrical issues (lights not working or blinking), patches and holes in wall that were never painted.
Have stayed in other condos on this property and we're much nicer.

I am sorry about the blinds and electrical issues. The mgmt company just changed the blinds supposedly and are supposed to take care of any electrical issues😡😡. I am on top of it. Thank you for your input and I hope you enjoyed your stay!

Never been there before
Posted Jan. 21, 2023 on HomeAwayI recommed owners stay at property a couple of times a year, just to see what needs repaired. Lawn chairs need replaced and sofa was uncomforable.
