Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaythe threshold of the entrance door to the condo is dangerous, I tripped and so did my grandkids, it is very dangerous to walk down them into Garage. the only other thing is all the trash containers where full when we got there and next set out was friday morning when we left, we set trash out to be picked up. all in all I would stay at property again.

Excellent Weekend Getaway

Wonderful Vacation Rental
Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family and our friends absolutely loved this rental. The location was perfect! We had a quick walk to the beach and were blocks away from many restaurants and shops.
It was a short easy drive to Clearwater, along with the bigger grocery stores.
The kitchen was functional and had everything we needed to cook in. The bedrooms were spacious, and we loved the chairs on the multiple balconies so we could sit and read, look out at the water, and sunset. We also loved the upstairs patio where we could watch the sunset, although the beach was so close, we walked there most nights.
Catherine was so helpful when we had questions or needed assistance. We really appreciated having her as a resource.
We loved that a cooler, chairs, and umbrella were provided for the beach, and added our sandcastle making items to the collection for future guests to use.
We ate at Guppy's and had great seafood and love the breakfast at the french bakery. We would rent a home in this complex again.

Amazing property
Publié le 30 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe absolutely loved our stay. We were a two block walk to the beach. You could see the beach and gulf from the house. This place was perfect for our family get away. Everything was pretty much walking distance which was a plus. The memories made are priceless. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you for the amazing trip!

Publié le 2 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat location, roomy layout, and an overall great experience! Quick walk to the beach and super easy check in/out. The only thing I wish was that the floors were a bit cleaner when we got there. Would still stay again! Thank you to the hosts!
