THERE WERE MANY POOLS WHICH WAS NICE. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND AIR WORKED GREAT!

Close to the beach, and the lady I believe was Kate greet and went over the amenities with me. The only thing is I wish that the check in time was earlier as I had tickets to get to the Rays game which started at 4 o'clock

Elevator broke when there had to walk up started to 5th floor no accommodations made. Rooms have thin walls(people next to use were soo noisy)

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the housekeepers:)
I didn’t enjoy the selling at the check in, also one male bartender was incredibly rude(sorry didn’t get his name). All other bartenders were kind and personable, especially Emily.

This resort has so much to offer for the whole family. Great amenities and convenient location. Would definitely recommend it.
