BEWARE: Stay Clear Until Updates Are Made

VRBO & Evolve, text and emails are wonderful, location great so much potential BUT photos of the property on VRBO, however, do NOT match the current properties conditions. We arrived at the home to find the pool filth,not just leaves from trees but plastic bag and TONS of green algae all over pool and film on water surface. We contacted the owner who blasted me with copies of emails from his pool company that it had just been cleaned Wed. (we were there Fri). The pump is also not working correctly. Never communicated the pool company was coming out but they did and said it “should” be safe and treated. Algae was never gone only got worse and on our last day we were told they had to treat with dangerous chemicals so kids could not use ALL day! The yards a mess & a lot of outdoor amenities are rusty, broken and UNSAFE. Boards with rusty screws sticking up, boards on tables missing, couldn’t use the back porch table and chairs due to them being rusted out. We lost complete water use in the home multiple times during our stay, owner said it must be city did nothing else. Toilet downstairs also leaks badly. No fire alarms & screws sticking out of stairs indoors. While out of owners control we had 1000’s of honey bees at entrance arriving home one evening I tried calling and received “please text”, I txt & sent videos owner NEVER responded to me. Woke up next day could not safely leave as the bees had increased mgmt co involved got handled. Mattresses broken. Got little refund

Adequate but overpriced

This home has the basics and the interior is tidy and comfortable. It is, however, quite old, and things like screen doors are falling apart. The pool was not clean, but we went in february and maybe they assumed it wouldn't be warm enough to swim? The kitchen was very well stocked and we had what we needed, but just be aware there isnt any amenities in the bathroom like shower soap or shampoo or conditioner etc.. overall there was nothing really wrong with the place, but i was just surprised that such an old home, with such basic supplies, would be priced so high. Also, renters should be aware this is run by a corporation, not the owner, so you have to communicate through their corporate emails rather than vrbo app.

Awesome place for a group stay near the beach!

We loved this property. It was the perfect size for our number of guests (6 adults) and had great amenities as well as location. The property was clean and orderly when we arrived. The only downside was the A/C started having some trouble on our last night (however it is a summer night in Florida so not overly surprising). Otherwise it was very comfortable and we highly enjoyed our stay!

Safety and maintenance issues abound. Very disappointed!

Safety and maintenance issues abound in this property. There were NO smoke alarms present in this home!! Nails protruded from the basement steps and from boards in the yard. The bolts holding the toilet were rusted out and two of the three toilet seats were loose. The walkout door in the garage was left unlocked. The pool was filthy and unusable for the first two days of our stay. The umbrella and the gazebo chairs were broken. The large grill was not useable. Only ½ of the gazebo lights worked and some were broken. The queen bed is horrible! When you press on the side of the bed, the springs squeak; it also sags a great deal in the middle. My hubby and I ended up sleeping in the full beds in the other bedroom. Drawers were broken and falling out of the dressers/vanities or glued shut. The shower drain in the master accumulated 1-1/2 to 2 inches of water by the time you finished showering. The door code didn’t initially work due to poor directions! The host claimed that he had given other directions to management company, but they weren’t communicated to the customer. While some of these issues (pool cleaned; umbrella and toilet bolts replaced) many others were not! When we talked to the host about the issues and requested a partial refund, our host called us “extortionists” and claimed we had an “attitude right from the start” (after the door code didn’t work). We have stayed at very nice rental properties in the past and this one was very disappointing. We would NOT recommend this property.

Great time

Excellent home with many areas to entertain. Minutes from the local store and just a few more for the beach. My family from age 5 to adults absolutely loved this home and location. The pool was the best! Huge pool with room for everyone to have space. Adults and kids could enjoy at the same time.

Very beautiful home!

Property was very nice! Just as described and equipped with everything needed. The pool was so beautiful, we could have skipped the beach. We came for a annual girl getaway for six 50+ year olds. Make sure to confirm how to use the keyless entry before you come. We loved our stay!

Amazing trip the kids really enjoyed the home. We had some issues with the pool being unable to be used for a few hours due to maintenance but all in all we really enjoyed the place. Very clean and the beds were amaZing. Loved the beach umbrella and cooler that was available to take to the beach. Thanks so much for hosting us.

Holiday Fun!

This home was a ton of fun. Very clean, spacious, and a great home to have a family get together. As two of our three sons are in college in Florida, we came down to celebrate the Easter holiday with them. Also along for a long weekend was our eldest son. The home was definitely accommodating for us. The pool was enjoyable and we were minutes from the beaches. I would recommend investing in a few beach chairs as the two chairs available for the beach did not meet our expectations. However, overall this house was a very nice stay for our family and we would certainly return here! Beth C.

Outside Oasis

This house was nicely stocked for our stay, easy access to enter house, very clean. Bar area was great for entertainment and the outside is a nice little oasis. Pool isn’t heated but was warm enough to enjoy! Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Not too far from johns pass which is another plus, definitely plan to be back soon!

Great Property!

This is a great house, centrally located in Seminole. Well maintained pool, cabinet stocked with toys and games for the kids, comfortable beds and living space. Property manager was very responsive. We had an issue with the dishwasher and he immediately got someone out to repair. He also left us with homemade eggnog as a welcome gift, adding such a nice personal touch. Highly recommend this property.
