I was charged an extra $25/day "resort fee" that no employee could explain was for, but still had to pay even though I didn't use anything other than my room to sleep in. This wasn't disclosed until arriving and checking in. The room had been updated, but was still in poor condition. There was a hole in the bathroom wall, several large dents in the refrigerator, and the bathroom sink had so much water pressure that it sprayed everywhere when you used it and got everything in the surrounding area wet. I needed to use the washer and dryer that was advertised to wash some clothes. However, the entire time that I was there, the 1 and only washer in the building was broken. They had live music on the beach in the evening that went well into the night, and all I heard for several hours while trying to fall asleep was the base of the speakers. I had finally fallen asleep when I was suddenly awakened at 2am by a very loud drunk woman stumbling down the hall and laughing right outside of my door. I was attempting to sleep the night before running in a race early the next morning. Maybe would have been better if I was still in my 20s and wanted the night life scene. Otherwise, I would completely avoid this hotel. Will never stay there again.

My third time staying here unfortunately because of the recent hurricane the property was under reconstruction. It was definitely more quiet than the previous time

Was nice considering they had a hurricane!! Toni was great all the staff were really friendly!! Really nice pool. Happy hour was reasonable, food was really good. Music ar the pool was really annoying and you had to pay $30 to have a lounge chair on the small beach wasn't a beach we expected!! And toilet in our room was not for an elderly person very low. Water in the room left us slimey too much water softner. There was 1 coffee shop in the hotel and it was closed a couple days in a row and coffee maker in rm was not good!!! I feel bad because it was only open a month after the hurricane. So maybe it will be more convenient to.get a coffee or breakfast. When everything gets up and running.

We went during the off-season so it was quiet, but the staff was so helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean even though they were doing construction from hurricane damage things were open and we were able to have a lovely time. We definitely wanna come back here.

This property is nice and the staff are nice. The food at the only restaurant open was not good, I tried it twice on the thought that I was not wanting to go anywhere, but it was repeatedly not good. The cuban sandwich was one of the worst I've ever eaten. The live music was nice, but a little loud. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.
