Cozy beach house close to all amenities. 3 minutes walk from a beautiful white sandy beach. You’ll love the location, the coziness, and the amenities. The house is fully furnished with flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. Premier Cable, Internet High Speed. A kitchen well equipped. One room features a desk with a laser printer. Large private fenced backyard. Our place is good for families (with kids).

Another great stay!
This was our second time renting the property and we had a wonderful time again! The home was very clean and includes everything you could need. The property manager is great at communicating and gives you plenty of information about the home prior to your arrival. We will definitely be renting again!

Nice Get Away
We had a nice vacation over Christmas. We love this area and Indian Rocks Beach! It is a laid back area with a cozy vibe. The people are nice and it is very family friendly. It is kind of like going back in time. There are certain shops and restaurants we are sure to include upon return. This is our third stay near IRB! Elkin had the cottage very clean and organized. He had everything you needed in the kitchen, as we ate in most of the time. It is very close to the wonderful beach we love. Thank you for a nice stay. Our week sped by and we appreciate the extra touches to make our stay special.

We were very pleased with the house on 22nd Avenue. The hosts provided extensive information on the house and area for us. We were repeat visitors to the St Pete/Clearwater area and wanted to check out this part of the metro area. Great spot with plenty of beach and dining options, which were our priority.

The home was beautiful on a large piece of property we could explore. It was maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach. Property was very clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked with items we might need and the host was very responsive when we had a question.

Wonderful place to stay!
I recently rented this property for myself, husband, and one year old. Check in was very easy and the home is extremely clean. We loved how close it was to the beach and how it was within walking distance to several restaurants. I would highly recommend renting this home and will definitely stay again.

Great location for a quick stay!
This property is across the street from the gulf side, but is accessible by a very short walk down the road. We really liked the location. The property was VERY clean upon arrival and had all of the necessary items you would need for your stay. The backyard was also very big and would be excellent for children to play in. Unlike others, we did not hear the construction noise from next door, but they were there daily working on the property. My only concern was the temperature of the bedrooms. They seemed to stay much warmer than the other areas of the house.
