Needs some updating but close to beach
This property is in need of some updating and a good cleaning. The floors and shower were the worse. The beds we not very comfortable to sleep on. On the other hand the complex was nice with a grat pool and location to the beach. It is close to everything you need including the beach. We also enjoyed meeting others staying in the same complex.

Very simple very nice
Good location centrally located between 5 beaches. Long walk to St petes beach. Transportation and parking is challenge in entire area bit has nothing to do with the fine accomodations. Nice small private pool. Good eating within easy walk distance.

Comfy condo
Nice and comfy 2 bedroom Condo. Good for families. Located on second floor via stairs access. Access to the apaetment with a lockbox was easy. Well equipped kitchen. Cleaning could have been a little better though. Bathroom curtain liner was in nasty condition so had to purchase a new one. King bed was awesomely comfy. Second bedroom bedframe was old and in bad shape, footrest fell apart on us almost hitting a toe. Access to St. Pete's beach was a short drive. Overall we had a good time.

It was okay!
Well...we enjoyed the beach but the walk was stated as being 8 min, which was a little false. It is Easily a 10+ mins. walk due to it being .9 tenths of a mile away. We had to buy wash/dish clothes because none were available in the apt. Or in the extra housekeeping box. I had to change 3 light bulbs the first night ( luckily there were extras under the kitchen sink.) The refrigerator was not wiped out from the previous tenants and lastly the floor was dirty enough that we had to re-wash our feet prior to going to bed. Overall there was 3 of us and we made it work! Also the grocery store that EVOLVE recommended is no longer in business.......so yeah.

Condo was perfect for 2 female guests. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Pool was very clean and well heated. Location was great. Short walk to 2 parks. Nice beach within walking or parking across the street. Several nice restaurants close by. Street far less congested than Gulf Blvd. Only issue is bath shower head really needs replacing.
