The owner's favorite unit! Newly renovated, cozy1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Located directly across the street from the beach, restaurants, and bars. With a privacy fence and a private outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. This unit comes with free parking which is scarce on the beach. We will supply you with linens, towels, beach towels, soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. We provide self-check-in and check-out. You are welcome to follow the link below for a virtual tour of the unit.

Holy Shower Head Batman!
Great location!! Within walking distance to restaurants, shops and of course, the beach! I guarantee you will not find a better shower in Indian Rocks. IT IS AMAZING!! I will say, the unit is very small. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Thank you!

Cute little place
It was cute little place. I don't recommend 4 people. The bed was comfy. Great location from the beach and restaurant across the street.BEST SHOWER HEAD EVER!!!!! Beside missing the beach I miss taking showers lol. Only two complaints. One it needs a full size fridge. Not a mini one. We get alot of leftovers and had no where to put. Second the sitting outside part. The table needs a umbrella or something or you butt going to burn. Second we like sitting outside at nights but had a spot light on right where you sit. So annoying. Killed the mood. But overall I would go back. Nice place. Great location!

Great location!
The pictures were very accurate. The location is ideal for walking to the beach and restaurants- including a fun ice cream shop around the corner. The rental is small and perfect for 2 people. We had three people and it was still good for our 2-night stay. We had one problem in that we couldn't use the TV because it was requiring a code that the owner did not have, but went to the bar across the street to watch March Madness. The owner provided great extras for the beach and enough towels and bathroom necessities for the three of us for the stay. Would stay here again!

Stumbled upon this gem and so glad we did! The pictures are accurate. It's small but exactly what we needed for an enjoyable beach vacation. Location is right across the street from the beach with beach access. Fully remodeled with a great shower and comfortable bed. We would stay again!

Location was good. across street from beach. quick walk to ocean. I was surprised when we pulled up and the property was a studio apartment. Very small. We could hear the neighbors children crying all night. Paper thin walls. Apartment was very clean and bed comfortable. Place is ok for 2 people, no more. Quick response from owner when we had issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Nice place!
The overall stay was nice, it was a little more tight inside than we had anticipated but we made it work! The location is perfect right around bars and restaurants and most importantly the beach right across the street was a plus! Only thing I would reccomend is to add more beach towels and wash rags!! If someone is staying 7 days 5 wash rags is not enough, other than that we had everything we needed! Thanks 👍🏼🤗

Perfectly listed
This was a perfectly listed, efficiency apartment for me and my two kids. Very comfortable stay and great location with easy beach access. The only thing I would suggest is curtains for the bedroom, ot would have been nice to block the lighting from the street and building across the street, otherwise perfect and I would book again!

Clean and cozy property with great location!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is just across the street from beach access and easy walking distance to Guppy’s and TJ’s which both had fantastic seafood! We even decided to walk a mile to the Original Crabby Bill’s one day. Property is small, but things are thoughtfully placed for use. Only thing I would recommend is maybe placing some general instructions on how to use the shower with all the fancy options. Had a little trial and error on that, but figured it out😆. Overall great stay!!!
