I’m glad you got to enjoy our place Kimberly before the storm came right now. The beach is literally in our place lol but we are going to go out and assess damages soon and get it all repaired very quickly for you to come back and enjoy again.

Piece of paradise

So glad you were able to experience that… It’s rare these days that you can find a nice quiet spot on the beach, but we are lucky that our little strip of land is almost all privately fronted with just a very small public park nearby

Publié le 20 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved the accessibility of this place! No stairs! Basically right on the beach and had a pool! Had breakfast every morning listening to the waves on the covered porch. Perfect spot for vacation!

Great condo on the beach
Publié le 12 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved staying here. Pool out the front door and the ocean out the back door - literally 50 steps from the beach We loved that the pool was a salt water pool . Condo was clean and comfortable with the feel of a beach cottage. The area is more residential so it was quiet and very relaxing. We especially loved the screened in lanai. my husband is handicapped and couldn't get to the beach but he really enjoyed sitting there and listening to the waves. We spent most of our condo time in the lanai. This place met all of our expectations and we hope to be able to come again soon.

A quiet beach vacation, perfect for families

Old time beach vacation
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the condo and the screened in patio was such a plus. My 81 year old mother spent most of her days out here. The pool was right out our front door. The gulf was in the back. My husband spent every day walking the beach or taking the chair out to sit. My mom and I could not get out to the beach as there are high dunes in front of it which is not stable for someone that walks w/ a walker or cane but kids and younger people should be ok. There is a charcoal grill and we used that to grill burgers and watch the sunset one evening. It’s definitely a quiet area compared to Clearwater and Indian Rocks which is exactly what we wanted. But if you’re looking for a big time party this place is not for you. All in all I would not mind staying here again

Im sorry that the reecent beach renourishment made it hard Beach used to be flat!

Excellent Beach Location, Nice Pool
Publié le 30 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayProperty was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Warning not to turn A/C below 72 did not affect our stay in December, but might trouble me in August. There are, however, ceiling fans throughout. Screened-in porch was beautiful place to relax.

haha. No A/c in Dec. for sure. You'd be surprised how cool it stays at 70 to 72 degrees. Otherwise, with doors opening all the time, it can get condensation inside and no one wants that. We;ve never had the a/c freeze up, even when the cleaners have come after the guests departed and they left it set at 59 degrees!

Publié le 4 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwaywe had a super time at property ,disappointed pool was not heated thought it said it was. was great to beach although they had to bring in alot of sand to protect property from damage, but we made it over sand dunes and enjoyed sunsets. the screened in porch was great. really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back. all in all super time!!!

Great hosts, perfect spot
