Beautiful condo in Indian Shores
Publié le 29 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was well maintained and beautuful. It was so nice to just get up and walk out to the beach which was so clean and beautiful.
The area is wonderful with lots to do. There are wonderful restraunts, mini golf, and shopping. Win Dixie grocery and dollar store are great options for food, snacks and beach toys and whatever you need.
The condo has beach towels, chairs, sun umbrella, boogie boards & toys that you can use for going to the beach. It was a wonderful place. The beach is so clean and not too busy.

Great beach condo

In all, a perfect beach rental that we’d definitely choose again if visiting this area.

Unforgettable Stay at Indian Shores Beach Condo!

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the pristine condition and beautiful maintenance of the unit. It's easily one of the best places we've ever stayed!
The condo itself was spotlessly clean with a layout that was both functional and stylish, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. The complex as a whole reflects the same standard of maintenance and security, making us feel completely at ease during our stay.
Communication with the management team was exceptional—they were responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about our experience. Their professionalism added an extra layer of comfort to our vacation.
This stay was truly a blessing. The beauty and tranquility of the condo made our beach vacation spectacular. We've already planned to book it for our next getaway and will be recommending it to all our friends. If you're looking for a memorable beachside retreat, this condo at Indian Shores is a perfect choice!

Prime location!
Publié le 1 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis location is perfect. Steps from the beach, nice pool area and hot tub. Condo is very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of storage space and washer and dryer. We had an issue with the air conditoner not working and contacted the host. Someone was out and it was fixed within 3 hours of reaching out.
I would give it five stars, but the floors were definitely not mopped and were sandy. We didnt get an email for early check in so I had to reach out. If you bring a vehicle know that if you have a storage container on top of your vehicle it will not fit in the parking garage. They do have a space for each unit outside of the garage also. We didnt get enough towels for each person and it was a little bit of emailed back and forth before they agreed to bring us two more.
We would absolutely stay here again. Very close to great places and resturants. Lots to do for kids of all ages.

Glad you enjoyed the condo and location. Sorry for the floor issues, they definitely were mopped, maybe a little bit of sand got left behind, sorry for that. I'm showing the email did send, they sometimes go to spam/junk folder, but you reached out and we immediately responded and got you in. Yes, there was emailing back and forth about the towels because our cleaners had picture proof that enough towels were left. Regardless, I was still there within an hour or so with 2 brand new sets for you. As I explained to you in the emailing, we did not have anyone in the area until the time I dropped them off. So, in the meantime, I was just making sure they weren't overlooked as with 100 vacation rentals, they sometimes are. It had nothing to do with "agreeing" to bring you more, we had zero issue with that. Take care.

Beautiful!

The check in process was a bit of a process- the lobby was being redone so the code supplied did not work so we had to wait for someone to let us in but after that it was good. We used the keys the whole time as the code back up to the pool deck wasn’t working so we brought the key everywhere which was fine. Location was perfect. Right on the gulf with beach access and the pool and hot tub. Plenty of space on the pool deck and there was plenty of tables and chairs on the pool deck, so no need to feel like you can’t leave. Property man anger responded within a few minutes when we needed them so that was amazing as well! Would stay again!

Glad you enjoyed your stay! Yes, we apologize for the inconvenience due to the lobby floors being redone, unfortunately, that was something completely out of our control. We had given new instructions to try to make the best in a not so ideal situation. We apologize. Wish you would have let us know about the code to the pool deck not working, not sure what the issue could've been. We gladly would have very quickly figured that out for you had we known.
