I texted the number on the door and they said they did not have my reservation and told me to contact the third party to get my refund back. I booked this a few weeks ago with a email stating my booking is guaranteed. I also got a email regarding their pet policy. So my guess is they booked the room for more money and didn’t care about the reservation I had. No sure what did happen but I travel often and never had a problem like this.

I arrived to 10:00 pm and found out my room was booked to someone else. They told me that Expedia didn’t tell them that I booked a room. I had to communicate by text just to be told sorry, nothing we can do.
Very unprofessional and rude. Now. I can’t even get my deposit back from Expedia. What a joke!!

Irresponsible management
Publié le 8 févr. 2023 sur HotelsWe arrived early evening to find office closed and other tenants standing in parking area no knowing how to check in. It was cold and we searched everywhere. Reception area was under remodel. A number left on a paper was supposedly for contact but never picked up. Amateurs, we ldd es Ty to find other accommodations. Don’t book here.

I checked in at Summerside Inn for one night, the check-in was easy, room was nice and clean.
