TAKE CARE OF FURNISHINGS, LINENS AND TOWELS: Any damages will result in a fee to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Please do not re-arrange furniture.

RESPECT CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT TIMES: In order for our home to be cleaned properly for you as well as our future guests, please respect our check-in time of 4:00PM EST and checkout time of 11:00AM EST. A late checkout will result in an additional $150 charge, unless prior arrangements are made with the host.
