Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HotelsSunshine Cozy Cottages was an amazing stay and the cottages were super cute! The owners are super friendly and kind. The walk to the beach is only 2-3 minutes depending on traffic conditions so it is very convenient.

Close to the beach
Publié le 8 mai 2024 sur HotelsSecond time here. Perfect for our needs. Very close to the beach. Very low key. All the basics met. Had a few to many palmetto bugs visit in the bathroom, but its Florida! Staff are great. Will stay again.

Exactly what we wanted. Across from nice beach, walk to restaurants and ice cream. Excellent!

Short Vacation
Publié le 13 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe had a great time. Easy access to beach being about a block away (across the street). Trolly stop is near. Cottage was cozy. History/story of the cottages themselves is amazing. Private and exactly what we wanted to get away.

It was close to everything,we had no car we walked everywhere. Bus service was cheap and allowed us to visit areas from clearwater beach to st petes beach .

Excellent place to stay in IRB
Publié le 3 janv. 2024 sur HotelsThis was a great place to stay. Lots of places to walk or drive to. Quick walk across the street to the beach. Communication from the time I booked to the day we checked out was amazing. Tony, the manager, was great! Highly recommend if you want a little more privacy than a hotel room and the kitchen and outdoor grill was so nice!
