All linens included. Immaculate with new central a/c, secluded, just across the street from the gulf of Mexico. Walking distance to Frenchy's, beachcomber, sand pearl, groceries, and church. Includes cable, high-speed internet, Jacuzzi, laundry room, beach chairs and whatever else is necessary to complete your stay. Unit has been recently updated with new furnishings, large flat screen television, flat screens in each bedroom and one of a kind beach table which includes a variety of items for all ages.
The property is two houses away from the beach access; which makes for a great stay!

Relaxing Stay

After three weeks of doing the parks in Orlando, this was just what we needed. Our stay was extremely quiet and very relaxing. It’s in a residential neighbourhood area within 50 m of the beach away from all the crowds one great thing was the fact that you could use the beach trolley, chairs, umbrella and cooler which was perfect. The spa was very clean and hot. we made good use of the jolly trolley which can be caught close to the bungalow. Marilyn was a great host and accommodated us staying on a few hours after checkout time thank you Marilyn we had a lovely stay. Would recommend.

Beachy bungalow is the best!

Marilyn was so thoughtful, kind and responsive. The neighborhood was beautiful, a few steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants. The kitchen and laundry worked great, the jacuzzi was fantastic, we have no complaints. Great little place at a great price.

Perfect Get Away

The Beachy Bungalow is a wonderful place to stay! It's clean, comfortable and has all the necessities of home. The neighbor is quiet and the beach is right across the street. It was nice to walk on the beach daily, and it's less than a 1/2 mile walk into the area where the shops and restaurants are located. The hot tub is such a nice addition to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. Marylynn is super friendly and if anything is needed, she is right there to take care of it! We can't wait to go back!

After the storm

There was a lot of properties in the area that were rebuilding after the hurricane but our rental wasn’t really that bad. They did a great job cleaning things up in prep for our stay. Wish we could have managed the hot tub

This cute little house was perfect! Clean, great neighborhood and Marilyn is so sweet! I loved the location. I come to the area every couple months and this is my first time staying in North Beach. The beach is only short walk up the road, and much less crowded. I can't wait to stay here again!

Absolutely delightful!

Charming property. Lovely neighborhood. Very peaceful and quiet. Felt very safe as 2 women alone. Marilyn is an excellent host and provides everything you need for a beach vacation - towels, chairs, wagon, beach toys and even a cooler. Also enjoyed the lovely private patio, hot tub & screened in porch. Kitchen had everything we needed - wine glasses and a Keurig coffee maker. Excellent wifi. The nearby Publix Marilyn recommended was handy. If dining out make your reservations at the Island Way Grill in advance. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful stay!!

Marilyn is a great host and so accommodating, she offered to take us to the grocery store when we first arrived and also drove us to Pier 60 one evening. The bungalow did not receive any damage during the recent hurricane's. It’s a short walk, about 5 minutes to the beach. The beach was very quiet and vey beautiful. It was a very relaxing trip!

Filled with love, kindness and grace

My daughter and I came to Clearwater to visit for a future job for her. Marilyn was so kind and helpful to make our visit wonderful! October 2024 Stay ( Post-Hurricanes ) - LOVED IT/WILL BE BACK!!

We absolutely loved the property. Our Host, Marilyn, was absolutely incredible and despite having had two hurricanes within the past month, she still managed to ensure the property was in excellent shape for our stay. Everything was as advertised or better. The huge hot tub was absolutely incredible and allowed for plenty of room for everyone. Beach access is super convenient. The overall conditions of the beaches following the hurricanes were excellent. There are plenty of shops and restaurants that are now open. We had no issues finding a local eatery to dine at during our stay. We were very pleased with our experience on Clearwater Beach, and would 100% re-visit this property in the future. Thanks!

Backyard Guest House

Im leaving this review not to sound negative but to be informative. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep then it’s more than perfect. The place adequately met our needs and was private. We were surprised to find that it was a guest house in a backyard but it was well secluded. There was just zero views of anything besides the building we were behind. The place is not equipped with smart TVs only very basic cable. Usually that wouldn’t matter but due to some occasional bad weather we were stuck indoors more than expected so the ability to stream would have been preferable. Host was friendly and great at communicating and overall we were happy with our stay. The best parts were the distance to the beach and the trolley and even walking distance to food and drinks. Also there was garage parking that wasn’t mentioned in the listing that was a very nice surprise. Overall I’d give this place a 4.5 star rating.

Girls Trip

The Bungalow is in an amazing location & had everything we needed for our stay! The walk to the beach was only a couple of minutes. Marilyn was the best host, she took us to the market & gave us a short tour of the town! She brought us doughnuts for our last full day & answered all questions we had in a timely manner!

Great location with the BEST host!

This property is so affordable and is in a great location! The white sand is less than two minutes from the house. We had everything we needed for our stay, including plenty of beach towels, toys for the kids, a large beach umbrella, chairs , and a wagon to haul it all. The host is SO sweet! She even brought donuts to us on our first morning there! I would stay here again just to visit her again!

PERFECT LOCATION

The location of this property is absolutely perfect if you like being away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to it to enjoy. The beach access is perfect and the beach by the bungalow was very private and not crowded at all. The bungalow itself is nice and the host was an absolute delight and very responsive to needs. It was a little dirty upon arrival and not quite ready to receive guest. But we understand life happens and was not that bothered by it since there was things on hand for us to straighten up.

Loved the location!

Guest house in lovely neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Property had everything we needed for the beach….wagon, chairs, umbrella and toys for kids. Beach access was only a couple houses away and the beach seemed very private being in a residential area. Property is under a mile away from all the action in town. Marilyn is the sweetest host. Looking forward to another visit next year.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Clean and cozy, steps from beach (which feels private—not busy at all like beaches more in town). Walking distance to bars, food, shopping. We also very much enjoyed the hot tub at night. Marilyn was awesome and even took us for groceries on the first day. Would love to come back with the kids next time. Thanks Marilyn!
