Chambre correcte mais lit extrêmement dur. La piscine est en réalité une patogoire et n’est pas entretenue. Le bar sur le toit offre une vue magnifique. Ça ne vaut pas le prix….

Disappointed

Room was not ready when we arrived. OK it can happen..but when finally we got our room it was in the street side and not channel side. The man at reception told us it was a Waterview room as it was in Ocean side, but believe me no view on the ocean only street, be careful when you book! We finally were given a real Waterview room. Rooms are OK not a big fan of the decoration but it is a question of taste. Insulation in our room was far from good. Swimming pool OK but small. Beach club 10 min walk nice but you have to pay $18.75 if you want an umbrella. Hotel fees are very high but there are not a lot of services offered... Think this hotel could be really good but there is a big lack of organisation and attention to details.

Nous avons réservé l’ho zamora en pensant qu’il était pour 5 personnes, hors leur lit d’appoint est catastrophique. Mon fils a très mal dormi les 4 nuits que nous avons passé. Pour le ménage , c’ est le strict minimum, ils ne passe pas l’aspirateur tous les jours . Le personnel est très sympathique

The morning staff was no help trying to tell me why i am paying 79 dollars after i paid for my hotel room. There Ants on the balcony and the shower pressure was weak and it was hard for it to get hot water. They also lied saying that they serve breakfast.But then they say that you have to pay for breakfast

Still under renovation

In and out of the hotel from parking was odd. The staff was nice but difficult to communicate with. The room was very nice but even after we asked for a late checkout, housekeeping was pushing to get us out.

The property was under construction so the exterior had equipment and supplies in pods and the reception area was a temporary desk. The downside to our stay was the fact that the employees did not inform us of the umbrella and beach chairs provided, bikes and kayaks were included to use until day before checkout . Actually we found out from a guest staying here. No info was given about the internal restaurant nor rooftop bar until we saw signs. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable however the staff seriously needs to work on communicating with the guests informing them what is offered during their stay.
