la piscine en bord de plage très belle et pratique! Chambre bien rénovée et bel endroit aussi pour la vue sur le coucher de soleil !

No elevator in the separate suites area. Bugs in the shower. Hair in the bed sheets. Floors weren't swept.

Rooms were clean. Comfortable plenty of towels. 2 pools were nice. Right off the beach. Able to walk to shops and dining. Staff were nice and helpful.

Think twice

I will definitely think twice before staying at this resort in the future. The positives: The location and beach access is great. The live music near the pool area is great. The not so good: We found multiple bugs in our room. The tv in the bedroom did not work. The tv in the living room area had cracks in the screen. We had issues with and noticed others have issues with the pool area attendants. The resort has a policy of not allowing coolers in the pool area, but they do allow them along the wall surrounding the pool area. When we were told of the policy of no coolers in pool area we moved our cooler along the wall but were told we couldn't put OUR cooler there because it was not by OUR room. After talking to front desk we were allowed to have cooler along the wall. We also noticed other guests have other issues with the same pool area attendant. Upon checkout we were not even asked how our stay was, just took the keys and said we were good to go. As a side note, front lobby area is currently under renovations, which i can understand, however they did not have very good signage guiding guests to new "lobby" area on 2nd floor. For these reasons, we will definitely THINK TWICE before staying at the Thunderbird Resort again.
