Thank You Swen for staying with us at Tropical Coquina Cove #3. Just a few weeks after your stay, Hurricane Helene came for a visit and damaged this complex. The good news is the owner is working very hard to repair all the damage and get it back to it's original beauty. We hope to welcome guests back very soon. Great Location-Great Pool
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall, we had a great stay. Excellent proximity to the beach and restaurants. Easy check-in and easy to find. Only complaints, the unit has a slight smell of mold and we had multiple palmetto bugs visit us throughout our stay. Smaller unit, but it was expected. Perfect for my wife and I. Nice patio to relax on and great pool just steps out the door.

Yes, I agree with you, those palmetto bugs are awful. During the summer it is a war we always fight. They love to scoot in the door when it is open and look for someplace to get away from the rain. We spray the units regularly, and when they are still a problem we are more than happy to come out and respray to keep them out. We do our very best to make sure our guests are in a clean and safe place.
In spite of the palmetto bugs, I am glad you and your wife had a great stay. Having a pool right outside the door is perfect for an early morning swim.
I hope you come back and allow us to host you again.

Isn't this a cute place, Jackie? Coquina Cove #3 is just adorable. You can roll out of bed and be right outside by the pool to drink your coffee. It is a close walk to the beach with a wagon to pull all your beach stuff. I am glad you enjoyed your time. Please come back again soon. We would love to host your next visit.

Unfortunately, Coquina Cove was damaged in the recent hurricanes. However, the owners are working hard to rebuild the property, keeping all the old Florida charm. We are hoping to begin welcoming guests back early in 2025. Please come back and stay with us again and see all the changes!

Clean and cozy
Publié le 30 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe didn’t cook but used the coffee maker refrigerator freezer and dishes. Everything was clean and in great condition. We had plenty of towels and washcloths and toiletries. The bed was comfortable but a little small if you are used to a king bed like us. Wi-Fi and Schlage lock were easy. Pool and landscape was lovely and private. All in all, it was small but quite comfortable!

Great location, easy walk (or short drive) to to anywhere desired.
Publié le 3 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was immaculate and well supplied. Completely as advertised with a short walk to beach and restaurants. The studio was fine for a few days but may need some more space if staying a longer period of time. Only negative was trying to negotiate a reduced rate as we did not arrive until 10 pm on check in day and left early to meet family on the last day. Only negative, was response was never provided. Assumed it was a no but for the money spent, a reply would have been nice. Other than that, a high mark from us.
