Treasure Island has a new gem! Brand new large 2-bedroom Gulf Front Condo (992 sq ft) directly on the beach with resort amenities and 24-hour guest services.
These lovely units have beautiful views of the beach and ocean, as well as the pool. Your Master bedroom will have a King bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in, glass-enclosed shower. As you walk down the marble hallway, you will come to the second full bathroom with a large bathtub. Just beyond the bathroom, you will see your second bedroom, complete with a Queen bed and closet. This second bedroom does not have a window and is perfect for those who prefer to sleep beyond sunrise. The hallway opens to your chic living space with an eat-in kitchen island and furniture for lounging inside or for use as extra sleeping space with the pull-out couch. These units are designed so you cannot miss the sunset view just outside your retractable balcony doors. In the mornings enjoy a cup of coffee or drink at sunset time, or just relax on your extra-wide balcony and listen to the waves as they gently lap the shores.
Each bedroom has a 50" TV, while the living room has a 65" TV. Every unit includes all the amenities found in traditional hotels including all linens, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Whether you choose to eat in or dine out at one of the many restaurants, your unit is equipped with dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and even baking items. Also included in each unit are a blow dryer, stackable washer and dryer, full-size appliances, iron, and ironing board. Each unit will have a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave to make your mornings easy and hassle-free. As our guest, you will have 24-hour concierge service and access to the pool , a jacuzzi, a gym, and a full bar overlooking the pool. There are umbrellas, chairs and a sports area set up on our private beach area with volleyball, cornhole and horseshoes available. Should you prefer to bask in the sun closer to the water, there is a company that sets up and rents cabanas with 2 chairs.
While you will have a private condo, you will have access to all other areas of the hotel as well as unrestricted beach access.
Included in the cost of the condo is the resort fee of $30/night (+tax), which covers amenities such as access to the pool, jacuzzi, pool/beach towels, fully licensed bar and food, gym, 24-hour concierge service, all in-suite amenities from paper towels to tide pods and refills on k-cups. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) at no charge. Please note that parking is extremely limited, and we can only offer space for one vehicle per unit, so we ask that you plan accordingly. Day-visitors, and guests who require an additional space will need to park in one of the public parking areas 2-3 blocks from the hotel. These city-owned lots allow overnight parking, but be aware that the cost is approximately $3.25/hour.
Upon arrival, we will place a $200 hold for incidentals on your credit or debit card. This hold will be released when you check out.
If you are planning to bring your furry friend, a Pet fee of $85/night plus tax will apply. Limit of 2 pets per suite with a combined weight of 30 lbs or less. Please contact the property with questions. ADA-recognized service pets are exempt from pet fees and weight limitation. Please note that ESA pets are not recognized un the ADA guidelines and will be subject to the pet fee of $85+tax/night.

If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.
