The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was quite good. The pillows on the beds were the best hotel pillows I've ever slept on!

We had two rooms. 1 room, the TV never worked. Neither had hot water for showers. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were clean.

Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HotelsRoom was not swept, bathrooms had hair in the sink and tub, all dishes were dirty and there was one spoon. No other silverware. Bed was comfortable. We had to go to the front desk to ask for bedding and pillows for the pullout cough. Breakfast was decent. Overall I will never stay there again. I should have never had to go buy my own cleaning supplies to feel like I was staying in a clean room. I bought and cleaned the room before we unpacked for our stay.

Overall it was close to Fort Leonard Wood base the rug in the hallways smelled like mold as well as the room. Customer Sevice was excellent. Other than the strong mede
mildew smell it was a great visit.
