Look no further, you have the opportunity to stay in this completely renovated luxury home with one of the most amazing pools you will find on East Beach. This home is situated on a quiet street in a walkable and/or bike friendly neighborhood. The large fenced in back yard (for "East Beach" standards) provides a safe place for the kids to play.

This home is great for multi-generation vacations so you can all spending quality time being together at the beach, pool or hot tub, but also spend some quiet alone time reading on one of the home's various decks.

If you need to work while on vacation this home has a sound proof office on the ground floor and high speed internet (200 mps).

Not only is the house and the pool amazing, but the location is wonderful. The home is overlooking the marsh and is a block and a block and a half away from the beach. East Beach offers sand and beach at both high and low tide, and the 8th Street entrance offers a shorter walk to the beach than other entrances closer to the Coast Guard Station.

This home offers every amenity you could want. When you walk through the front door off the large front deck with views of the marsh, you will find a large open great room, kitchen and sunroom. The kitchen is quaint and very open. Fully equipped with a coffee maker (drip and Keurig), ice cream maker, breadmaker, juicer and all of the cookware you may need.

Just off the great room is the master suite with a luxurious master bath, walk in closet, and french doors opening to the second floor deck with more views of the marsh. Also upstairs is a half-bath.

Travel downstairs and you will find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, laundry room and downstairs living area. The downstairs living area doubles as our 4th bedroom because it comes complete with a king posturepedic mattress atop the hidden murphy bed. Also downstairs is an outdoor shower.

The most amazing feature of this house is the pool. Walk outside to the breathtaking pool which wraps along the property and ends with a lavish hot tub. Want to shower outside, take advantage of the private large outdoor shower (hot and cold water) on the back patio. Its perfect after a day at the beach or even just for your daily shower routine.

No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or anywhere on the property in general.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Our stay at the Saint Simons Beach House was fantastic! The home was spotless, and perfectly located just a short walk to the beach. The house is the perfect floor plan for a family gathering. We celebrated 2 birthdays (there was a big happy birthday sign & other decorations in the beautiful dining room when we arrived. :))) There were 6 of us (4 sisters), a niece, our dog & my husband. The owner is very helpful & kind. We had fun cooking, walking to the beach (very short walk), going downtown & playing games. They have lots of games. The backyard & pool is beautiful. Absolutely, we would stay there again!

Great week in East Beach!
Bob was great to work with on our stay, he makes sure that you know all the details of the home and comfortable. The home has everything a family could need to have an amazing week at the beach. Plenty of bikes for all sizes, beach equipment, and pool toys. You literally only need to bring clothes, everything else is taken care of. Pool/Spa were great and enjoyed daily. Location to Beach is great, from front door to feet in the water is a 7 minute walk right down 8th st. We look forward to coming back!

Dream House
Our family gathered from all over for a week on SSI. We rented multiple homes but this one far surpassed any place we have ever stayed. There is nothing that they did not think of in this beautiful home. We literally would not have not had to bring anything but our clothes. It’s probably the first time we have arrived at a rental and discovered it was better than described. Will definitely return here next year!

This house is by far our favorite by far of all the VRBO’S we have ever stayed out. The house is fabulous The pool spectacular and the location fabulous. And Bob is the best. He was so helpful and extremely easy to contact. He went above and beyond with his hospitality. Even having some snacks and refreshments waiting on us after our long drive. It was great week. Perfect beach property
My family and I just returned from our week's vacation on East Beach. This is our third visit to this house, and it is still our favorite place on St.Simons Island. Bob is an excellent host who truly cares about his guests and continues to add new things to make his guests comfortable. He even helped me look for a hard to find gift one day. We were so appreciative of the snacks he provided, the new dining chairs, and improved AC. The home is well appointed and the layout is very efficient. Empty spaces are provided in the kitchen and bathrooms which make it easy to unpack and feel at home. The pool and grounds are so beautiful and well maintained. We were able to relax in the quiet community and enjoyed watching our dogs run freely in the backyard. Though it is a 10 minute walk to the beach, the path along the beautiful marsh is an added bonus to the location.

We had the most amazing time staying at this property. Bob was a FANTASTIC host and helped ensure we had everything we needed, helped me navigate the pool/hot tub settings, and even helped set up the beach cabana one day so we would know how to do it. I'd give more than five stars if I could. I can definitely see us renting this property again. It was perfect to enjoy time with friends and also just relax when it was us. This was our second visit to this property. Had high expectations based on our first visit and we were not disappointed. There was a minor glitch with the pool while we were there, the owner communicated and worked quickly to resolve the situation. Never disappointed.

Our second trip here was even better than the first. Greeted with snacks and instructions, we didn’t have to rush out to grocery shop. Short drive to restaurants, grocery store or you can take the available bikes. We love using the app to control the pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Bob is an amazing resource for places to go/things to do. He gave us advice on a couple of fun music events. There’s plenty of games in the house and TVs available in every room. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. We are definitely returning next year!

This property is just as advertised. This was our first time in SSI. Close to everything, house is well stocked with everything you need. Great for families or singles. The owner, Bob was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Will stay there again!

We has an amazing stay at this great VRBO! Bob, our host, was prompt and thorough in communication and information. The location was just right, great options for morning walks and bike rides. The outdoor space was a true winner! The pool and the hot tub were top notch and made us feel like we were in the lap of luxury. We also had a fun cornhole tournament in the side yard! Our only complaint is that we didn’t have enough time to do everything we wanted to do during our stay, we’ve got to go back! We wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again.
