Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat an amazing property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The property was extremely clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. I felt very comfortable taking my morning walks throughout the neighborhood. I would rebook this property again if I were to come back to the area. Definitely recommend!!

Will never stay there again

The bed. Omg the bed was hard that we litetally took the mattress off the sofa bed, and put on top of the bed in the bedroom,hoping to make it better. But nope!!!!
The rules as to getting make up on anything was a bit ridiculous.
I seriously took our own towels, washcloths, pillows and blankets!!!!!!

This review is misleading and demonstrates that there will always be disgruntled individuals who cannot be pleased. We reviewed the contact log for this guest and nothing was mentioned. We always reach out to guests to ensure they are happy but no complaints were made. It's puzzling why a guest would book our place, see rules they dislike, and still choose to stay unless it's because we offer the most affordable location on the island. Regarding the bedding, we use the same industry-standard beds across all our properties, which frequently receive compliments and inquiries about where to purchase the mattress. This further shows that some people simply cannot be satisfied. One-star reviews should be reserved for places that are genuinely one-star, such as those that are unclean, noisy, or unsafe. This guest clearly lacks an understanding of the hospitality industry. If you review other reviews then you will have a more accurate picture of what you can expect. This property is in a great location especially for the price.

Very enjoyable
Publié le 15 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayDarling and very clean and affordable place to stay. Definately all the amenities you need. Only thing we were disappointed in was the distance to the beach. Definately too far to ride a bike!

Well... riding bikes to the beach is based on the individual. I know that I used to personally live at this location when my son was 6 years old. And he could ride his bike to the beach. That would be our primary way of getting to the beach. But, I can definitely understand if some folks wouldn't be able to do it.

Neighbors in front were very noisy all night but that would not always be the case had problem with the code and was quick getting that solved other than that did not have any other issues thanks

More towels and wash clothes would be better.
We liked that it was so clean.

Publié le 26 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at St. Simon’s. We enjoyed every aspect of our trip. Great restaurants, shopping , and visiting with old friends. The place we stayed was out standing. Very clean and supplies everything you need for a short stay. Nice kitchen with all the amenities. Loved it!
