Pretty Condo
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a very nice time. Condo is close to the Village and even closer to Beachcomber. Thia is our 2nd year staying here and plan to do it again in the future.

Cockroach
Publié le 6 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty is quite a walk to the beach. Unit was left dirty so I cleaned it. I killed a cockroach running across the cooktop. I did like the coziness of the neighborhood and St. Simons Island. I will be back, just not that unit.

This review was quite surprising and very disappointing to say the least. After the inside/out refurbishment last year of our condo, we’ve had 49 reviews and save for one four, all have been five stars.
Every renter is sent arrival instructions which include a request to contact me immediately if there are any issues with the property. Furthermore, with practically every rental, I contact the renter by phone, text or email to make certain everything is okay. Despite being out of the country, I sent an email to this individual at 5:00 PM on her scheduled arrival date asking if everything was satisfactory with the condo and to contact me immediately if there were any issues so they could be addressed immediately. I didn’t receive a reply…
After receiving this review, I contacted the cleaning company and they confirmed that the unit was cleaned and, in fact, was spot checked this particular day by a manager who confirmed that everything was cleaned to their high standard.
Finally, I have rented this unit for 27 years and no one has EVER indicated that there was a pest problem. I know the property management team religiously sprays for pests so I’m not sure how there could be a roach on the oven top—perhaps this renter introduced it… Nonetheless, I have brought it to the Property Manager’s attention and was assured it would be investigated.
I have to wonder about what the motive of this person is by writing such a review and not contacting me directly if she wasn’t pleased.

Great location
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay here! Restaurants and ice cream were a 3 minute drive away. The walk to the beach wasn’t far, though I do have to say if you haven’t visited St Simons before, the walk from the building to the water is longer than I expected.. but it’s only because the beach area is so wide in this location. The pool area was nice and they take good care of the property. Charlie had great communication with us and handled any hiccups we had promptly.

Excellent accommodations
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our annual beach Girls Trip. It rained for 2 days but we had fun anyway. The condo was 5 stars. Everything we needed was available and Charles was very responsive. He was gracious to extend a later check out time so we could get a beach walk in and dip in the pool on the only sunny day. We turned our beach time to a weekend slumber party and accommodations were the best. Highly recommend.

This was my first time staying at this wonderful location, the condo was extremely clean, very well decorated, and had great access to the pool with just a short walk to the beach. I will be back and would highly recommend this host. All the little things you need were available.

St Simon's condo supreme
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is perfect commodious vacation spot for a family of four and just as perfect a spot for a couple lookng for a roomy getaway. Kitchen is very accommodating and sleeping rooms very comfortable. All in all, a great vacation spot with beach close at hand and a swimming pool on the property. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely Condo in great location
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayCondo was lovely. North Breakers has been updated nicely. Both the apartment and the complex. It's right on the beach so location can't be beat. Check in process was a breeze and Charles was extremely communicative and friendly. Enjoyed our time there very much and we'll be back.
