Great Family Vacay!
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazingly relaxing stay! The location is wonderful. We were able to watch lots of fireworks from the beach on the 4th which was a great suprise!! The property was well maintained and the pool area was a great place to unwind!

Baseball at the beach
Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall it's a great condo! Nothing over the top and easy access to all parts of St. Simmons. Yes it's a little bit of a walk to the beach from the condo, but its a very easy walk with private access. We came for a baseball tournament and it was perfect since we were in and out of the condo a lot between games and spending time with the baseball families.

Good location and ameneties

Quiet Getaway
Publié le 1 août 2023 sur HomeAwayProperty is a little older and in need of some repairs around the complex. Overall a great experience. The location of the condo gave access to many restaurants and shops. Ben was quick to repond to any concerns sent to him. The elevator was a nice addition to getting our luggage up 3 flights.

Thank you! They are doing repairs to the building during the offseason and I am doing some upgrades over there so hopefully it'll be a little more updated next year!

Annual beach vacation with grandchildren.

The unit we rented was dirty and many "small" things needed repair, none of them would be costly but I don't pay for vacation to stay where things are dirty and in disrepair. From handbar in tub/shower falling down, curtain rod fell down whenever we tried to open drapes, missing knobs on light switches, sliding doors nearly impossible to open (& 1 did not lock), no pillowcases on at least 2 of the bed pillows (where only 4 in entire condo), sheets did not fit the twin beds, bedspreads for all 4 beds need to be cleaned. All in all, we were disappointed with the condition. We have achieved and maintained the highest rating as guests on VRBO so I am not being nitpicky! In spite of condition of condo we had a great vacation.
