Loved our room, although it was a bit dated and the "daily cleaning" consisted of replacing towels and making the bed. Pools were great, but noticed on Monday and Tuesday the towels were overflowing at the pool pickup spot and no one was taking care of them. When Kathy came back on Wednesday, she worked her butt off to get it back to normal again.

Honestly the first time we had to check out because of Hurricane Debby, so not the resorts fault. But the room had a bag of chips behind the bed nudged between the bedside table. Not good. Also black mold in the bathroom along the shower tiles. They seriously need to remodel some of the beachfront rooms because they are not as clean or attractive as they once were. In the future we will stay in the Oceania Building even though it’s not beachfront, it’s newer and cleaner. Separate toilet area makes its nicer. Echo’s Sunday Brunch was disappointing. The bar is always a fun place. The lobby people need to be more on their toes regarding helping guests with luggage or at least providing luggage carts.
