All you need!
House was very well recently done over inside and out, with all high-end appliances. Very clean, nice linens, beds etc. We were very happy with the 5 bedrooms and especially the 4 king beds as everyone wants king beds! Had SNOW during our visit to Georgia, so the pool was not used, but looked great.

Memorial Day Week 2024
Our family had not had a vacation together in several years. We experienced a tragedy the previous Fall so this spot was a wonderful way for heal. The pool was great, we played ping pong, corn hole and swam or sunned at the pool. Short distance from beach.

A Perfect Week
The Palm exceeded our expectations in every way. We were offered an early check in on the day we arrived which gave us time to unpack and prepare for our kids and grandkids arrival. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. 4 king size bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids, all with crisp, clean and fresh linens. Bathrooms complete with towels and toiletries, hair dryers etc...We loved the pool and hot tub and used both every day. Enjoyed the bikes, golf cart and walks to the beach nearby. Appreciated the pool towels and the ability to do laundry whenever we needed to. We gathered around the solo stove and roasted marshmellows for smores, watched lots of football on the huge TV in the living room and even enjoyed the modern fireplace below the TV. The kitchen supplied every appliance, even a crockpot for meatballs...There is an extra fridge in the garage and even an extra dishwasher! The host was readily available for questions that arose and was extremely accommodating. This was truly the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. We hope to return to SSI and explore more parts of the island and hopefully stay in this lovely home again.

Beautiful house!
Beautiful house with a beautiful backyard. Comfortable beds and great amenities. It was a great place for my family to come together. Wish there was more seating in the living room and seating for people who struggle to get up and down. My Daddy had to sit in the dining room chairs all weekend and those are not for long term sitting. Other than that it’s amazing!

The perfect family home for enjoying East Beach!
The Palm was the perfect house for our family of 5 with plenty of extra space. The layout is wonderful- with easy access to the backyard/pool and great spaces for relaxing and entertaining. Our VRBO exceeded our expectations which were high from the start! Prior to arrival, the host called two days prior to give us very detailed check in instructions which was so helpful and suggested local restaurants etc. The house itself was absolutely beautiful! We loved how clean and organized everything was! Felt like we were at home :) No need to bring any kitchen items with you because they had it all. We had 8 adults and three kids; 1,3 and 7. Very family friendly which we really appreciated. We brought our pack and play and had plenty of room for the kids. As someone who use to manage a boutique hotel, I appreciated all the nice touches all through the house. Our favorite was the bikes and beach wagon and clear instructions to the private 7 minute walk to the beach. They truly thought of everything! I highly recommend if you’re staying in St. Simon with family of friends! The host, John texted us the next day after checking in and that meant alot!

Nice pool and good neighborhood . The house comes with all you need to stay comfortably . We stayed 4 nights and had plenty to do just staying at the house . The beach is a nice walk and less than 5 minutes from the house .

Awesome property
Wonderful property with beautiful pool and great outdoor spaces. Very clean and comfortable. Great kitchen, grill and family area. We were caught in tropical storm Debbie with multiple family members and a toddler and there was enough to do in and around the house that we had a good time even during, the hurricane. Short drive to stores and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach.

we could not have had better accommodations for the seven adults and two young adults! The house was so well equipped; we did cook in about four nights and couldn’t have asked for a better kitchen! Loved the master being away from the rest of the house and the large great room was a terrific place for our family together

Our group very much enjoyed our stay at the Palm - the property has a great outdoor area with sightlines of the entire pool from the shaded patio as well as a comfortable, open floor plan inside. Close proximity to the beach (walkable if needed) is also a big plus.

This property is incredible. It has everything a family could ever want or need in the home available to use. It was perfect for our family which includes my 3 adult children , their spouses, and 3 little ones. The bunk room is great …. Our little were just not old enough to use it yet. The pool was so clean and amazing. The 4 king rooms was a huge selling point when we booked as well. Great communication with property mgr. a vacationers dream 10/10 and we will book again!

Wonderful stay!
The Palm exceeded all of our expectations. Having stayed at various properties on Saint Simons for the last 20 years this property has quickly become our favorite. The house was clean and well appointed. And the layout was fabulous with the highlight being the spacious kitchen and living area that flows out to a covered porch and a wonderful pool deck area which facilitated great family connecting time. We look forward to a return trip.

This property was perfect for our 9 member family to celebrate our 50th anniversary. There was so much for us to do together-pool, hot tub, ping pong, corn hole, fire pit and outdoor dining-,but we also each had our own lovely bedroom if we needed some alone time. Other than some issues with check in (late) and the spa heat not always working, this was a great home.

Great house in quiet east beach
We have never stayed in this part of st Simon’s before and we loved it! We are from Florida and have a beach house so being on the beach was not as important to us. But we ended up walking the one block to the beach every day for a walk along the shore. We also just loved staying at the house and chilling by the pool. We have stayed in many vrbos and are vrbo owners and this one will rank up as one of our favorites! We had a little hiccup at the beginning of the trip as we were just a few hours from check in and already en route to st Simon’s and had not received our check in instructions. But after a call the Vrbo we received word from the host and all was well.
