The place to stay!
Publié le 19 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat central location! Easy access to shopping, restaurants, pier and beach areas. Nice walking areas. Condo apartment felt just like home. All the amenities you need for a memorable stay. Owner was very accessible. This was our second stay.

Village stay
Publié le 26 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay in the village this trip. The best part was waking up and walking across the street to The Palmers restaurant. No long waits for us this trip! The condo was beautiful. Loved the loft style! The host is great.

Beautiful Condo at the Center of St. Simons

We loved sitting on the porch, morning and evening, to people watch and sip on coffee and cocktails! Gerry was very quick to answer any questions, offered suggestions, and was simply a pleasure to have as a host! Will definitely come back!

Great rental unit in a great location!

Close walking distance to shops, restaurants, pier/waterfront, and lighthouse/beach. Property was clean and communication with owner was good. Would definitely recommend!

What a hidden gem!
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location! So close to all the dinning, shopping and fun of the village- and it was very quiet during the day and night! Very clean and beautifully decorated and comfortable too.
I would highly suggest putting in the description that access is only by stairs. This is not a place for elderly or those who have mobility issues.

Terrific location to experience the local flare

Multiple restaurants within walking distance and vibrant atmosphere surround this location. The pier and lighthouse are a 5 minute walk. East beach is a 5 minute drive with plenty of parking. Speaking of parking, you have a designated parking spot on the side of the building. We took a day trip to Jekyll Island and rented bikes for the day. We played golf at the King and Prince Golf Club. As this location is in the heart of all the action, you can expect that there will be some noise. I had read a previous review and was ready for this so it presented no issues for us. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Times in St. Simon
Publié le 21 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was just as the pictures and description described but even better. We loved the corner balcony where we could sit and people watch. It is perfectly located in the heart of the downtown area. Restaurants, shops, entertainment and the beach were just steps away. The parking was convenient and accessible with no issues at all. The communication with the owner was spot on. It was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be back again.
