Publié le 14 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really like St Simons and were happy with the condo and the owner. Had an issue with some mail Josh was very helpful with trying to resolve it. It was very clean except for some sand/grit on the floor but it is an island with lots of sand around so the be expected.

Great Stay!

The location is super convenient to restaurants and the beach. Communication with the property owner was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great pet-friendly condo!

It was clean and well stocked with extra towels, kitchen supplies, and soaps/tp. I especially appreciated that the primary bedroom's bed was very comfortable. Check-in/check-out was a breeze, and communication with the owner was great. He was helpful and responsive but not intrusive. Ocean Walk is a great location; it's only about a mile to the pier/shops and about the same to public beach access. I'm delighted we found a great place that allowed us to bring our pup to the beach. I would definitely recommend.

Nice Condo / Nice Community
Publié le 5 juin 2024 sur HomeAway2BR condo was nice. Layout was great when some family wants to sleep late (or stay up late). Convenient to pool. Location convenient to town center, beach (via bike) and main streets, which was great. Love that this unit is dog friendly - I may have to return with my 4-legged family member next time!
