Perfect Place
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing time!!! The house was perfect! It was spotless, stocked, and very spacious!!! The backyard was a great size for our two dogs to romp around. This house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. It's totally southern beach charm!!! It's easy to find. It takes about 5 minutes to drive to East Beach and not too much further to the shops. You will love your stay!

Very Spacious

Great St. Simon's Location

Wonderful seating with chairs, couch and table etc.
A Very nice compact back yard but just perfect for a evening or early morning outside. A great kitchen area and all the necessary items needed.
The only negative I have to say is that the water in the shower of the bathroom adjacent to the King Size bed room needs a little work. The water pressure was very very low and had to take a shower and wash hair.

Nice stay
Publié le 5 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was just as the listing described. When we arrived at check in time, the owner was just leaving after checking on repairs to the roof. A tree had fallen on the roof and she got it repaired just in time to avoid having to cancel our reservation. Thanks to her for going the extra mile!
