Million dollar view!

Sapphire Beach just down the road was perfect for a day at the beach and a night out as we were there for the last Full moon party of the year. We had breakfast and lunch at Sudi’s which was great! Perfect location so close to Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. We will be back!

Nice stay on a hill with a view
Publié le 16 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed on the ground floor but still had a great view of the beach and harbor. The condo is well-apportioned and very comfortable. We were not prepared for the uphill hike from the beach back to the condo, though. There is only a difference of 48 feet in elevation, but it is very steep.
Our host provided excellent recommendations and instructions for our stay. We truly enjoyed the proximity to shopping, the ferry, beaches, and lots of great food in Red Hook. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful oasis
Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was booked at the last minute for my relatives that came in for a funeral so they barely stayed in the villa, but when they did they throughly enjoyed this little oasis. They kept saying how nice and clean it was. I would absolutely book this stay again.

Beautiful unit, super convenient location.
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed Friday-Wednesday at Raleigh’s 1 bdrm Barbados condo unit and we could not be happier. The unit itself is modern and clean, and comfortably decorated, and the view cannot be beat. We appreciated the amenities like the beach chairs/towels, and coolers, as well as toiletries. Sudi’s is wonderful and everything we ordered, delicious! The only thing I would mention is the property, much like all of St. Thomas, is VERY hilly. So if you have mobility issues speak with the owner to determine if it’s right for you. But if you have a car, you can easily use it to go up and down to the beach, Sudi’s, laundry, and big pool. Which might I add both pools And pool areas are fantastic! Thank you Raleigh for a wonderful stay!

Need Improvements
Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe smell of the unit was not pleasant. It had a smell of mildew. Need to consider changing your furniture to leather so its wipeable.
The kitchen window need drapery or otherwise everyone can see in the unit.
We only had 1 per adult wash/cloth towel set for a seven day stay.
You need a non-slip mat in your bathtub along with grab bars. I fell but thank God I Didn't hurt myself.
Consider a greeting package for your guest, snacks, drinks and water. These are just some suggestions.

I'm not sure what that smell would be. I've never heard that from any guest before. I just got new furniture in the unit yesterday. The small kitchen window is 7ft up so no one can really look into the unit. I appreciate the suggestions. Hope to have you back soon!

Beautiful Views, Excellent Location
Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayMe and my boyfriend stayed for three nights over Labor Day weekend. The condo was beautiful, had everything we needed and the bed was nice and cozy. The AC was cool and we kept the ceiling fans on pretty much the whole time. We were disappointed to see that Sudi's was closed the entire time we were there, but the restaurants at Sapphire Beach were just down the hill. We loved that there was a full kitchen and the full living room gave us extra space to lounge around. We spend a lot of time on the balcony enjoying that amazing view. The pics really don't do it justice. Overall we were just so pleased with our stay!
