Very easy access to Food Center for provisioning and charter boats at Oasis Cove Marina. Ample parking and just off the main road. Recommend Buddha Sushi for a nice evening out. A few flights of stairs to access Unit #1 and felt very safe during the stay. Best part, for me, was enjoying the balcony overlooking the Marina and watching the charter boats going out early in the morning and returning in the evening. No problems with "no see'ems" during my stay. Ample size kitchen with full size refrigerator and coffee pot. Great split AC and comfortable bed. Shower has good water pressure.

Short version: Exactly as advertised. Great spot if you are diving (like me) or doing other activity at the Marina. Long Version: I am a return St Thomas visitor and diver with JJ. I stayed here on a short trip focused solely on diving. I stayed in the condo for 4 nights with my adult son. It was great to be able to roll straight out of bed, grab breakfast, and stroll 30 steps onto the dive boat. The grocery store is right across the street. We ate many meals in. There is a great taco restaurant/bar right next door. We relied on taxi to get anywhere. They are very responsive. Never waited more than 6 minutes for a pick-up. Do NOT expect to walk anywhere further than the store. I have rented cars on previous trips- also a good option if it fits your budget. Ample parking at the Marina. I always tell people who ask about accommodations to examine their own expectations. If you need glitz, frills, and ‘stuff’, pay more and stay and a resort. Remember that most private rentals are people’s homes and subject to extreme wear from heat, sand, hurricane, etc. The condo is a clean, well-kept, well appointed studio with a great marina location. The AC was cold, the shower was hot, the TV with streaming internet options was great, the bed was comfortable. I will gladly stay here again for future dive vacations.
