Best view of the island you could ask for...a double payment was charged on my card and its taking forever to be refunded...the host/owner is real nice but her technology in terms of taking payment was not working thoroughly and she blamed it on my card having a hold which it did not...after the payment processed through a unsecured vendor my payment was charged twice resulting in a over draft in my bank. It needs to be upgraded a bit. But overall it was ok for the price!

The property sits high overlooking the ocean but the property needs a facelift. No one onsite in the office. Outdated furnishings, toilet overflowed, power outages made it inconvenient for us., so we had to leave after a long day of flying. We really need some of our money back.

Your one night stay was booked within an hour of arrival after our published check-in window. Fortunately we were able to remote chwc-you in at your request following our notice to you of the scheduled power service interruption. You were offered the option of cancellation with full refund which you declined. Ultimately the power never went off at scheduled and you never experienced and interruption. Any toilet will overflow when misused. We proudly provide a clean comfortable well appointed accommodation at the most economical price on St. Thomas. We welcome those who are interested in such and all others are urged to seek the accommodation that suits them better. You are most welcome for the free upgrade and are facilités are all as pictured and advertised and working perfectly. Great hotel for the budget minded traveler! Property was nice and has super nice views! There is actually a small kitchen that does not appear to be advertised or pictured, but is an awesome feature! There appears to be 3 entrances to the hotel, but in all reality I think only one that is passible or drivable. It needs to be marked better or the unusable entrances blocked off. I found myself half way up the hill until I realized the old entrance was cluttered with fallen trees and sheets of tin metal. But, overall, they are super friendly there and the place is pretty awesome! I would stay again!

We much appreciate your stay. We have three entrances, none of which are inaccessible. We are inside a tropical forest and thereby fesses and treees narrow the roads as grow and our Tropical storm left some tree branches.

Rooms was cleaned , the lady was really nice and helpful, and I loved the view.

This hotel was a great option for my budget trip. The rooms were of good quality and the property boasts a great view of the island. Convenient location and the host was so responsive. She even upgraded our room when our stove was out of gas. Keep in mind that this place does not have a generator, so blackouts may affect you. We experienced them only one day of our trip, but they are really short notice and at the whim of WAPA so the host has no control of this. She was great at communicating with us about it though. Last couple things to note, the driveway up has some potholes (but we managed with a compact car) and there is a rooster nearby that woke me up a couple mornings (might be a bother if you’re a light sleeper like me, if not, you’d be fine). Overall a very enjoyable stay. Thank you, Boundless Bliss!

We appreciate your stay and acknowledge we are in process of converting to solar. Our generator is not operational and the power authority has had challenges lately. There are chickens and roosters across the island. We sincerely appreciate your stay and you taking the time to share your honest review.

Power kept going out everyday since Wednesday towards the last week of our stay. And they don’t have a pool or breakfast, lunch and dinner. But it’s cool place to vacation nice ass view of the city. Beside all that and ppl selling weed over there it’s nice place

The staff was very helpful. Be ready for power outages!! Overall my experience was great:) fantastic view, working tv and AC, clean, small kitchen included. It’s a little far to walk anywhere but the dollar safari comes right through and takes you to either side of the island so it’s convenient enough. I would recommend!

Thank you for selecting Boundless Bliss Hotel. We like everyone on the St. Thomas and St. John are at the mercy of the water and power authority and they have been merciless this week undoubtedly. Fortunately they are usually short spells if at all. In any event we are having our generator repaired and progressing in our solar conversion development plans. The Safari is is 2 each way and we are Mountain Side without sidewalks, walking is for the adventurous!
